Mold on walls in room behind the bed and out in the open very gross stinky

A $50 deposit was never mentioned on Expedia booking. When trying to explain to Das, he was very dismissive and rude. I even spoke with an Expedia agent who spoke with the manager and was told that they would wave the $50 deposit since it wasn’t disclosed to me that there would be one. Das didn’t care. When I asked Das let me talk to the manager, he said no, and that I can talk to him tomorrow. I was leaving at 4am so that wouldn’t be good enough. Plus, I did not want to pay that $50 deposit. And every time I asked Das to let me into the main booking room with air-conditioning. He ignored me. I was stuck sweating and frustrated so I just paid the $50 anyways. Das is the worst front desk agent at any hotel I’ve ever been to and the roach that ran across the counter was probably trying to get away from him too! At some point, it wasn’t about the $50 anymore. It was just about how rude he was, it’s hard to explain.

poorly maintained grounds. bed was portable, bad mattress. Grounds were dirty.

The room was moist the whole time. Half the room had a wet floor when we arrived. Linens had stains. Looked like pictured except more run down.

The bed spread was dirt. The bed are hard. There was hair on the floor.

This property is unsafe. Local police and community members warned us about this property after we had already booked it. Their statements ended up being true. Would give a 0/5 if possible.

Considering we wanted a place to crash as we celebrated the 4th weekend the price was good as most were hundreds more! I’d say the room was “ok”. Some staining on the sheets and the room lock was broken off ( could use deadbolt). Front desk guy was not friendly! It was a place to sleep that was affordable. Felt safe.

Wasn’t ideal for two girls. For some reason we got assigned a smoking room?? Not sure why. I should have spoken out more to the staff but I was only there for one night so I decided to tough it out. We went to the airport smelling like a cigarette tray.

Loved I could have my dog

It wasn’t the best hotel but it was very cheap. They accommodated me at the last minute. The pool was a good size pool and is down the street from Wawa across the street from 7-Eleven 10 minutes away from Walmart so it’s very a comedy.

It was an alright experience.
