Everything tv didnt work sink was clogged it was so dirty asked them to fix the problem with the sick they say i dont know what to do about that beds were so filthy i would not use the blankets the laundry room lights didnt work there were bugs all over on outside

Nothing at all It was roaches bugs and the owner told me he didn’t have no room available for our stay

This was absolutely the worst hotel/lodge I have ever stayed at. Cleanliness was non existent - there were crumbs/bugs/dust/broken tiles everywhere. They did not provide towels NOR toilet paper. The sheets were not clean. The toilet didn't flush. The list goes on!

It was gross, the lamp was missing light bulbs and shade, the bedding had burns in it, the fire alarm was off and in a drawer the curtains were falling apart Everything straight ghetto and staff was RUDE

was completely loose and falling off. Not to mention the door will not close fully much less latch or lock. Both comforters have multiple burn holes in them both. Ii attempted to get towels on 3 different occasions as 2 people were staying in the room for 3 nights. We were provided with towels for 1 person. We were told each time that towels would be brought but never came. No you cant get them in the main office. No room attendance either. Between check in and checkout i made 4 trips to the main office. I was only able to access the inside on 1 occasion. The rest of the time you either have no one there with paper notes taped to call a number or you have a check in window like at a drive through and stand outside. I never write comments but this is the worst place I have ever stayed at. For a couple of guys going fishing we dont expect much but there are plenty other places for the same money I would stay at.

Sheets were dirty, floor was dirty, toilet was broken, remote control was broken, shower was barely working. Smelled like cigarettes all the time even though we paid for a non smoking room. Just so awful in total. Won’t recommend or even come back. Didn’t like everything. Nastiest place I have ever been

Towels and washcloths was dirty, tv remote was missing buttons, shower rod was broken and stains in the tub

No one at office when I tried to check in. Had to wait 15 minutes before they showed up. Room not clean. Pillows an inch thick on a king size bed. Couldn't sleep due to loud traffic, sirens all night. Towel bar in bathroom ripped off wall. Floors sticky. Made my bare feet black. Loitering on staircase smoking. Nasty, nasty, nasty!!!!! Safety latch on door broken. No way to use. Toilet seat mismatched for bowl. Iron hanger broken and no iron or ironing board. Had to check out promptly by 4 am to catch flight at nearby airport. Asked at check in if staff would be available. Told yes. No one there. Did not have time to wait. No bell or way to contact front desk.

The pictures versus what you get are a complete bait and switch. There was no soap or anything in the bathroom, no trash can. The entire room smelled of mold to the point where I had to keep my clothes in my car. It stunk up everything.

I couldn't even stay 30 minutes here. Booked a non-smoking room, but it had burn holes all over the comforter, a strong cigarette smell, and the fire detector had been removed. Customer service was unresponsive, rude, and unhelpful.

Nothing at all. It was disgusting, very very bad. I had to clean the floor myself and sanitize it just so myself an my child could feel safe walking in the room. Everything. The fridge didn’t work. No towels. I asked for some and they said they would bring us some. Never showed so couldn’t take a shower until the next day because they locked the office an left. Had to many holes through the walls. Dirty everywhere u looked. Smelt bad. Very bad I wasted my money!!!

That place should have been condemned It was not clean, it had a terrible smell. It made my son grow up in a sink, dead bugs hair on the floor broken refrigerator remote control did not even work properly for the TV I don't know how places like this exist. There should be a law that's why I dispute the man full refund. Of payment Nothing at all
