Pool was sooooo dirty. Couldn’t see the bottom.

Great location

I couldn’t sleep because the families that put in the room next to me played the guitar every morning around 5am and the baby would just scream in the early mornings and throughout the day. The noise was unbearable. Roaches were in my bathroom that I had too kill. The rooms need to be updated for the money they charge. I’m going back home more tire than I came. Not a good stay.

It was okay, nothing special

The pool was so cloudy you couldn’t even see the stairs to enter. Our door to the room had to be push/slammed shut for it to close all the way.

Pool was unavailable for our one night stay. Our room was pretty gross with the backsplash of the sink had toothpaste splattered all over the mirror and backsplash. The tv never shut off and I had to call maintenance to come and assist us. It was a pretty janky stay

I was allergic to what they wash sheets spreads and towels thats about it

Staff was excellent and room was well maintained and who don’t like free breakfast. My hotel stay was fabulous.

I was there for 5 days and 2 of those days.. there was no breakfast and the pool was also closed for 3 days

First the building is extremely old and very dirty looking that it could pass for an abandoned building. When we checked into our room on the first floor, the bedding had blood stains and the bathroom shower door couldn’t open all the way due to the toilet being in the way which was very odd. Once we went back to the desk which by the way had 2 sides for 2 different hotels which was odd. We explained the issue and showed pictures in which we were given another room on the third floor. wanted a refund, but that would take days. The elevator was very scary made a huge noise passing the second floor. The hotel itself had a smell which made it smell old. The room was better with no issues with the shower door. On our 3rd day of our stay we ate breakfast as we have been doing everyday since it was complimentary and wasn’t that bad. Observing the woman serving food NEVER changed her gloves. She served food then came out an used her hands in both trash cans to push the trash down. Then came back out with a wet rag wiping the tables off!! she then went straight in the back and started mixing the food that was out for us to eat! That ruined my son, myself, and my husbands appetite. I did inform the person at the front who looked shocked and asked for my room number as I told him we are booked from 6/11-6/19 and we were only on the third day! I explained that we are now spending extra money to get breakfast elsewhere. I NEVER heard from management after nor did my husband.

The property was clean, they need to clean the room while you have a long stay not just when you are no longer there

The room was very clean and staff was very nice and helpful.

The staff was nice, the bed was comfy but the room showed wear and tear and could use an update. Ex: the walls were repainted but only in certain areas - meaning if you're going to paint - paint the whole wall, not just the right side.
