We called the front desk a total of 8 times for certain things no answer, This is mainly if you don’t care where you stay. Pool is the only good thing. Also far from everything

The property itself was nice and conveniently located on the bay. However, the room I was in had mold. I informed the staff about it and no compensation was issued. Also, they have water bottles in the room that were assumed to be complimentary but were an astounding $8 per bottle. Also, not the property’s fault but there is construction right next door. So, if you had plans to sleep in, consider them cancelled due to the excessive noise.

The room nicely decorated, clean, and aesthetic. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always available. The pool area was nicely kept and the pool was very clean. Parking was not an issue as there were plenty of spots whenever I needed one. The views of the bay and sunset were gorgeous. It’s a very “instagram-able” place to stay.

Everything was wonderful during my stay! Staff were friendly and very helpful! Also the location is not far from the beach and different eateries ..Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting look for a quality Stay at a reasonable price!

everything went well checking in and getting into our room but once we got into the room we noticed mold growing in the creases of the walls. we just asked for a refund and thankfully we received it!

Everything was cool till the power went out but other than that no complaints

Service needs more hospitalty

Un hotel con vistas increíbles,habitaciones cómodas y limpias,una piscina espectacular,solo un poco descuidado sus alrededores,el elevador y las máquinas de hielo no funcionaron en mi estancia.

Nice and clean, The room smelled amazing.

- Bathroom stunk - Long black hair on bed We have short blonde hair - Long black hair on towel in bathroom - Very outdated hotel - Moved to a different room and was better. - Phone in the room didn’t work - Called front desk from personal phone nobody answered - No location of WiFi - Elevator didn’t work

Our room was so cold that it made the room damp, our sheets were wet because of this. We were unable to adjust the temperature in our room so we had to contact the front desk. We told them the issue and asked them to turn the temp up a few degrees. They completely turned the air off. Upon getting back to our room it was scorching hot and the sheets were soaked because of how humid it was. On top of this there were endless amounts of ants crawling throughout the room and the floors were dirty and dusty. The only redeeming quality is the view.

This location looks great in pictures but when you arrive, you will be disappointed. The place was dirty, staff that checked me in … said “you’re on the 4th floors and the elevations are not working” my room was a corner room and next to the build there was construction that started working at 7am. Needed to stop by services desk almost everyday because the keys weren’t working. The only good thing was that the service desk was open 24/7. There is a coffe machine in the lobby but you have to purchase with credit card. I will not be staying at this place.

I understand the building is due to be demolished, but either make it worth it, or just move the date up

Mr. Siggers who checked us in was amazing and helpful with giving directions to places to see and eat. He was awesome and needs a raise, because we would return for his hospitality. Thank you very much.
