Nice rooms with a view
-
The pictures they use are old. They plastered over holes and dents in the walls and water damage on the ceilings. Can’t imagine what it’s like for rooms with carpet.
-
The hotel was packed with people that weren’t staying there due to a party that was taking place at the restaurant. The restaurant was not even accessible to any gas stay in there. They went out to the room and found mold black mold on their walls that had wallpaper over it. We discovered it because one of the wallpaper started falling. The sink was backing up and so was the shower in a room with four people. We kept on bringing up our concerns to the front desk but all they said was you need to email any complaints to an email. Will not be going back there literally mold on the walls do not stay here.

Were dirty walls in bathroom had stains on the along with mold ..key card for room door kept getting messed up .. had to go to lobby 6 times to re program the key card .. elevator didn’t work !! Have pictures of everything left 2 days early

Can be better , no restaurant, very old amenities
-
No ice machine was broke, air wasn’t that cool in the room, they never came for room service no microwave on the property… it is what it is

We did and loved it for the afternoon and following day that we spent in Miami Beach before our flight home. It was well worth the money we spent since It was slightly reduced for Hurricane Season. My only complaint would be the key cards. Their doors desperately need a new key card system, the poor front desk people spend more time issuing new key cards than they do anything else it seems. Our door card only worked more than once on one occasion, otherwise we'd have to get a new one almost every time we left the room.

El control del TV sin batería, muchas hormigas

The pool is the best think of this hotel, the room was ok, but they need a big renovation
-
Everything is bad! But my review doesn't solve anything!
-
Las áreas comunes deterioradas.

When asked for our breakfast which was included- receptionist said we have to fill form to get coffee and muffin or yogurt. We parked our car - this also need to a fill form. Seems a bit hassle with long check in and paper work.

Beds were extremely comfy, the staff was very helpful and nice. However the hotel itself self needs up updating and renovating other than that it wasn’t bad
-
No elevator, the room is not clean. The customer service is really bad.
-
Friendly staff and clean rooms

En general el estado del hotel es de abandono.

I want to start by being honest so anyone can decide for themselves if they would like to book a room. The property looks like it was in the middle of a remodel job, now not sure how long it's been in this condition but I'll give it the benefit of the doubt. The property is not pristine but yet it's not a dump the staff are hard-working they clean and sweep the outside areas of the property regularly. They do a great job on what they have to work with. We flew in from Iowa on Frontier Airlines (nightmare flight but that's for a different review) what turned into a (10) hour challenge we'll call it, with (2) year old & (4) year old toddlers which is a mission itself. Flt was overcrowded, no leg room, smallest seats I've experienced in my years traveling, with a stop in Denver which means we flew West before flying East, Needless to say we got no sleep, my grandkids luckily fell asleep on the 2nd leg of the flt, but not us full size adults. So we ended up landing right before 5:00 a.m. in the morning tired, hungry, sleepy and at our wit's end, I called an Uber which didn't show up on the first two attempts, so I decided to rent a car just to get my family out of there and get to our hotel. Rental car also was a failure. Finally Uber showed up on the 3rd attempt. Called hotel, and the front desk clerk recognized what was going on with us, so she acted fast and was accommodating, found us a room where we could rest our heads and put our luggage until our room was ready at 4:00 p.

The view and pool

Room wasn't ready in time for check in. Both ice machines didn't work. The tub floor was wobbly (I've never experienced this before so I didn't even think that was possible but I can't make this up) so I constantly felt like I was going to fall while taking a shower. Front desk staff said they would call me when my room was ready but then forgot about me despite me sitting in the lobby the whole time. Room wasn't finally ready for check in until 1.5 hours after check in time. The elevators were very sketchy as they were hot, slow, jerky, and the doors only open if you hit the open button. Will never stay here again.
