WoodSpring Suites North Charleston Airport I-526

Disgusting. Roaches everywhere. Doors don't open properly even with key. Shower head hanging off the wall. Nasty floors. Dirty bath tub. Smells horrible at the front entrance. Broken down push carts. Do not stay here!!! You have to pay for clean linens. They are always out of blankets and towels. How does this place stay in business? The manager Harry is rude and unprofessional .Brad at the front desk is very polite and helpful. I only stayed here because it was affordable. But I will never return.

Also there should be more light so the property can be seen better. Suggestion...Would be nice it you had a airport Shuttle service

I liked that it provided for a comfortable place for a time. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well There were some great maceta including coco roaches

Definitely had better rooms. They didn’t even have coffee available, not to mention ton anything to actually use the “kitchen”.

I like that it was safe and secluded, I also love the small kitchen space I didn't like how the office was closed most of the time and you had to call Everytime you needed something.

Don’t waste your time nor money here. I went to check in for a 7day stay and it took an hour and a half for someone to come to the front desk and check me in, I then got into my room and my stove top didn’t work I had no toilet paper and only 1 towel. They have a wooden board holding up the ac unit and roaches all over the facility. I got no apology no money back or anything

Desk clerk was friendly and fast. The facilities were clean and quiet. I never have an issue any time I stay No issues

Cooking areas needs repair and cleaning

I was never able to even check in. The entire place was essentially closed by the time I arrived. I could not enter the facility because it required a key. I could see through the window a metal gate that was closed over the front desk. I couldn’t get in the building, I couldn’t check in and I had just arrived to Charleston BY MYSELF and was immediately stranded upon trying to check in. I had to book another hotel and leave. Absolutely horrific and terrifying experience.

Very peaceful..the staff was very friendly and check in was smooth. The hotel is secluded but you can see it from the high way No complaints
