Best Western Burbank Airport Inn

We had a funeral to attend in the area and needed just a 1 night stay. It’s a small hotel but you can tell they are trying their best to meet customers expectations. Doors and crown molding in rooms are top level. Plenty of Shampoo/conditioner/body wash and even a shower cap and makeup remover! Complimentary breakfast is a time and money saver. Room has microwave and refrigerator. Only issue we had was a humidity odor from the AC and not feeling comfortable to walk to surrounding restaurants/

That it was close to Price is Right game show.... . Dodger stadium too both were 20 minutes away and opposite direction from the hotel... I'm a left leg amputate... and I had to sit on a trash can to take a shower.. I asked them for handicap room. ..3 floor room was in a wheelchair and I was handicap and I needed and you got the accessible room

What I really liked about the property was the free, secure parking with cameras onsite, which gave me great peace of mind. I also want to recognize Christina and Laura, who were extremely attentive and helpful. They were always in the food area keeping everything clean and organized, and they were especially kind to me by offering assistance since I had just had surgery. Their thoughtfulness and attentiveness really stood out and made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, I truly appreciated the secure parking, cleanliness, and especially the wonderful service from Christina and Laura. The location felt a little rougher than expected for the price, although thankfully it was not noisy during our stay. When we checked in on Friday, the gentleman at the front desk was not particularly welcoming. He gave the impression that he didn’t really want to be there, which wasn’t the best first impression. The breakfast was okay, but nothing particularly special. They offered bagels, toast, eggs, protein waffles, coffee, tea, yogurt, and some fruit. It was adequate, but I think the breakfast area and overall property could use some updating. Cleanliness was my biggest concern. I was glad I brought Clorox wipes with me. I noticed what appeared to be small spots on the walls that looked like blood, which I cleaned myself, as well as quite a bit of hair on the walls. These are details that should be addressed before guests arrive. Also food was left in the microwave from previous guests. Overall, the property has some good qualities, especially the secure free parking and the helpful staff members like Christina and Laura. However, considering the condition of the property, the location, and the price, I felt the cost was a little high for what was offered. With some updating and more attention to cleanliness.

Property was great, safe. Only thing maybe have the breakfast available before 7am, with earlier flyers.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were so comfortable. The room was so big. We especially enjoyed the breakfast service with Laura. She did an amazing job. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient parking and easy in & out to the room. Breakfast is basic but good. Quiet rooms. Need to modernize tvs.

Location near the Burbank Airport is very convenient. The area seems sketchy but we encountered zero issues. The room that we stayed was clean. One of the days they forgot to leave the two cups for the coffee maker, I wake up an need my coffee, which was a little upsetting, but nothing major. One of the nights we had the fire alarm go off around 11:30 PM we evacuated through the stairs and ended up at the back yard of the hotel, Unfortunately we were trapped, there was no way out, there were about 10 guests in the back yard with no way out, we started knocking on one of the parking garage doors and other guest open the door for us. There was no explanation of what was happening from hotel management, just that it was a false alarm and go back to the rooms eventhough the alarm kept going off. The hotel should look into their evacuation plans and escape routes. Breakfast was basic but good. Great service by the breakfast bar attendant, Laura. Overall is a good hotel to stay if you are in a budget, close and easy access to the freeway.

The cleaning ladies are so nice and also the one in the cafeteria she keeps the food well stocked and she is very friendly

Clean rooms, a little noisy from the outside street. The breakfast was very good and the attendant was super nice. There was not internet connection the entire night. The front desk person said it would be repaired by 7:30 pm but it never was during our stay.

Staff are very nice and helpful.
