The breakfast was superb….more choices than usual and close to a mall, restaurants and Universal Studios.

A great place to stay for families. Short drive to Universal Studios.

My stay was excellent. The hotel is super clean, the rooms are well maintained and cared for. The staff was extremely helpful and made us feel comfortable. They were accommodating and for once, I had nothing to complain about. I will definitely stay here again and refer family and friends. Probably the best hotel in this neighborhood in all aspects. Family and kid friendly .

On the downside, the room AC was very loud and did not regulate the temperature well, it was either too hot or too cold. while the hallways and elevators were hot and musty. The bathroom was also very warm due to the lack of AC or adequate ventilation, and the bathtub drained very slowly, causing water to pool while showering. The pool was quite small and only about 3–4 feet deep, and there was no restroom in the pool area, which was my biggest hygiene concern, especially with children. Overall, the hotel has several positives, but improving the AC, ventilation, pool facilities, and restroom access would greatly improve the guest experience.

To start with the gentleman that check me In. oh I'm sorry I can't remember his name. Something like Aldam. nevertheless very professional very nice man. My room, breakfast, staff very nice very professional, I thank you all. Not your fault but the area itself needs a little picker up. Oh yes the lighting in the bathroom could be brighter when I shave LOL.

Loud dirty neighborhood. Drug deals and broken glass right outside the property. Sketchy to park around forcing most to have to pay for their hotel parking. Breakfast was gross except the pancakes. Hotel was rundown. Room smelled like chemicals.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel has many kids being close to some of the attractions. It was nice to have the breakfast in the morning to start the day.

Love the included breakfast with our stay! the room was spacious but hoped for bigger size swimming pool. Overall, for the price, we are satisfied and definitely will stay here again!
