Overall great experience no complaints

The location was Sketchy !!! the room was odd and not very clean. Limited parking its located in a very dangerous area. Breakfast was full of options which was good.

Alam was very helpful with getting my family & I an early-check in, as well as accommodating for us and providing extra roll out beds, sheets, pillows, and towels. The free hot breakfast bar in the morning also provided waffles, eggs, protein, and pastries to help jumpstart our day. As a budget stay, we all felt comfortable and safe, and the location was in close proximity to the spots we wanted to check out.

Good location, hardly 15 minutes drive to Universal studio. Clean room and good breakfast.

Everyone there was wonderful. Bed and room was exceptional.

Room was great and well sized for the price. The hot breakfast was ok, no major complaints but not great. The biggest surprise and annoyance is that this hotel has minimal parking so double-parking is mandatory (and the lobby desk holds keys and moves cars to unblock people...). It's not something they can fix, but important to note if you want to make an early escape to Universal Studios or the like.

The room was so great-- nice & spacious. The breakfast was good. Location was good. The staff were great! We left something in the room after checkout and they found it & remembered us when we went back to grab it! Really appreciated their dedication and kindness.

Excellent service Everything was excellent, we stayed 3 nights clean every day, very friendly, but what I liked was the attention that Reinita gives at breakfast, very friendly and very helpful.

The breakfast was good, many options to choose from and everything was fresh.

Great extended stay

For the price in the area, solid choice of hotel! Room was clean, modern, and odor-free. Staff was kind and welcoming. Neighborhood was safe, felt comfortable to walk to grocery across the street and area bus stops. Breakfast was good, but wish it started earlier than 7am.

I was impressed by the cleaniness of the rooms, spot on! The Check -In staff was kind and professional, as well as the cooking lady that was bringing out the breakfast. Many fast food restaurants around. Very close to Universal Studios and City walk, 10 minute walk.

There was a small homeless encampment at the opposite end of the block but they didn't cause any problems during our stay.

The staff clearly understand the meaning of excellent service.

The property is located on Lankershim Blvd near Oxnard Street, very close to the freeway and Universal Studios, and there are several places to eat like In N Out within walking distance or a short drive. There is a bathroom on the lobby and we liked the room freshener they use. Conditioning shampoo, body wash, and handsoap are provided in the room. There is a mini convenience store in the lobby to purchase toiletries, pain relievers, first aid, and other travel essentials. A small pool is also available to use located across from the lobby, at the entrance of the parking area.
