Hampton Inn by Hilton North Hollywood

Room was clean and the breakfast was delicious, parking was okay also. The only thing was the pricing, the hotel was not really on the right area because it was so noisy it’s because it’s along the street.

Everything was very clean all staff was very nice and respectful. Breakfast was very nice and enjoyable with a variety of food selections. Location is very close to Universal, which is where we went. I did not like parking. When we went to stay for the night there was no parking in front and upon going into the parking spaces in the floor underneath all parking spaces were taken. They instructed us to park on the side next to the wall(Not a parking space) along with 3 other cars due to no more availability. Amd they charge extra for tou to be able to keep your car there, therefore would expect proper parking spaces.

I like the pool and the breakfast options. That was the reason re booked at this location. location was a bit questionable, but that just might be LA. They should offer fresh cut fruits.

Nice stay nearby Universal Studios (10mn drive), with pool and pleasant breakfast, large rooms and $15 parking We had a family emergency and had to leave after one night. We asked for a possible refund of one night (out of two remaining nights) from Booking but Booking’s answer was too slow and the hotel’s manager answer was even slower, so that we only got a rejection response a few days after actually checking out. Very unhappy about this lack of reaction and the inability from the other staff (though very polite) to make any quick decision or call the manager. We can understand the hotel policy but not taking days to answer.

10mn drive to Universal Studios, decent size double queen bed rooms, good breakfast The pool want super clean but the kids loved it anyway

Very nice property with ample and convenient parking. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Close to several eating places.

I’ve stayed here before and consistency is proven. Clean rooms, great hot water, great breakfast and the staff is always upbeat and friendly. Emily specifically! Hire a team of Emily’s and you’re set.

Nothing bad service , they don't have luggage carrier, I checked in a after 4pm carried all luggage after long driving trip waited at front room another 15 minutes for room service to finish cleaning checked with front desk all what he said they are only changing pillows cover awful we were at front of room watching room service cleaning apologized for the inconvenience while front desk did not even say anything. Every time went to pool no towels available. Parking was even worse not enough Parking for hotel rooms visitors Parking on sides when is full even on side of exit entrance.

The property was newly renovated and clean with great room amenities. The staff was helpful and wanted to make the stay for us the best it could be. Wonderful stay!

Hotel was nice. Very easy to walk to the Metro and go to Universal Studios via shuttle after just one Metro stop. Great place to park car underground. It was an overall pleasant experience.
