The location is close to the subway. Nice breakfast. Also the swimming pool was very nice. Not much to do around the hotel.

A solid option near public transport that is away from the hustle and bustle. Nice complimentary breakfast offered with an onsite gym and convenient parking. Staff and security made the lobby feel safe and secure all hours of the day.

Location, breakfast was excellent, staff was very friendly A/C didn't cool the room really at all, shower didn't drain, fridge in room didn't get things cold. For the cost, it really wasn't worth it

The place was quiet and peace. Bed was comfortable. Room clean Breakfast need a little variety. We stay 4 nights. It was almost the same breakfast.

Beds were comfy, it was clean, felt safe, parking was plentiful. Parking was $25, which I feel is crazy, considering the price per night AND the $150 security deposit. Front desk guy wasnt very friendly. It was fine for 1 night for Universal, but will look somewhere else next time...

Parking is a bonus as many places are highly expensive here and difficult to get spaces. It made it easier for us to grab an uber outside to head into the city. We only stayed 2 nights and it was comfortable for that. Breakfast had good choices considering how small it is to cater for the whole hotel. Rooms a decent size.

Las instalaciones están en perfecto estado y muy limpias. El desayuno estaba muy rico y con variedad de comida, lo recomiendo bastante nos volveríamos a hospedar nuevamente 👍

The only thing that was missing was a shuttle to Universal Studios.

Mattress was hard, had to get up and take Tylenol, my back hurt. Have to use intercom to get onto property. Close to bus routes. Hot water was plentiful and good water pressure. Ghost kept turning bathroom light fan on and off all night. AC was very responsive. Breakfast was good. Coffee was punished tea water. Parking is extra and small lot but never full. Pool is smaller than pictured. They said there was towels at the pool, there was not. Wet spot on the carpet, never figured out source. Rooms are smaller than pictured. Very few channels to watch on TV.
