Wonderful staff, good breakfast, good shower, clean No night table on one side of bed

My partner and I enjoyed our stay here. From check-in to check-out, service was phenominal. Front desk, housekeeping, security and breakfast service was impeccable. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again when in the Hollywood area.

I think the place is nice. Breakfast can be better and the customer service was completely horrible only a young guy that works sometimes during 12 am to 8 in the morning He was kind and nice super helpful but the older guy that works in the afternoons. He’s only nice to a few people not to everyone. I did my check in and I noticed that when you check in they give to other people a paper bag with two bottle of waters something that he never offer for me. I did a late checking about 11 o’clock since I got there he didn’t have a nice attitude with me ,even when I ask simple question he look like he was upset about it. I would not recommend to a family with kids to stay in this place. You should go to a place that you can feel welcome since you walk into the door more if you have kids with you I think the website has a picture of him in front of the check in.

Overall it was good … breakfast not so much on the other hand maybe they had a bad morning .

However, during our stay this time, the hotel had its carpets professionally cleaned, but we were not informed about this beforehand. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room where the carpets were still damp. Shortly after entering the room, I started experiencing significant itching. After looking into the situation, we realized that the carpets had not been given enough time to fully dry before the room was made available to us. In our opinion, the hotel should not have had the carpets professionally cleaned on two out of the four floors at the same time, as this did not allow sufficient time for them to dry completely. We had to contact Expedia for assistance because the situation was not handled well initially, and the manager seemed somewhat hesitant to help. Having to change rooms late at night with a four-year-old made an already unpleasant situation even more difficult. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and better communication and planning from the hotel could have prevented the situation. I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

Great breakfast, hot shower water always good, really clean property.

Arrived an hour after check in time (3pm) and was told my room still wouldn’t be ready for an hour to an hour and half longer since it hadn’t been cleaned yet. Annoying as we had planned to go up to our room and refresh ourselves after our 6 hour drive but things happen- major issue is I had to ask if I would get some kind of discount for the inconvenience it wasn’t just offered. On top of that they had elevators out so you had to take the stairs up or down one to get on a functioning elevator. Then the WiFi went out for like an hour. Just a lot of little things I’d prefer not to encounter on vacation.

The location is close to the subway. Nice breakfast. Also the swimming pool was very nice. Not much to do around the hotel.

A solid option near public transport that is away from the hustle and bustle. Nice complimentary breakfast offered with an onsite gym and convenient parking. Staff and security made the lobby feel safe and secure all hours of the day.

A/C didn't cool the room really at all, shower didn't drain, fridge in room didn't get things cold. For the cost, it really wasn't worth it
