The building itself is not fancy, but let me tell you, this place is very well kept and updated. The location is extremely convenient and the inside of our room was exceptionally cleaned and well-maintained, we stayed here to visit Universal Studios and our drive was approximately 8 to 10 minutes. There were also grocery stores and a variety of locations to eat. Parking is limited as it looked like there is only 1 spot per room. We did hear the footsteps and some loud conversation from the room above. The walls are not sound proof but overall, comfortable, convenient, and very clean. I highly recommend staying at this place. I will definitely look into staying here when visiting South CA.

The staff was willing to hear my concerns with the WiFi at least, but there really was no resolution after he told us another WiFi password. Uncleanliness. Unfortunately you get what you pay for here. The towels had black stains, the floors were not swept or mopped. The bedding was covered in yellow stains that we had to sleep upside down to avoid them.

Located easy acees to where I needed to be

Felt safe, quiet area and staff was nice Property was nice no complaints. I would recommend changing the air filter in Ac units could smell when turned on but very minor.
-
Loved it super cute I would stay again only think I couldn’t use Netflix or Disney since they have older tvs
-
Recently upgraded and really nice. Our kids loved the bunk beds.

The place is a spruced up motel with no lobby but once inside, the rooms were nice and beds comfy. There is no safe so be aware of that. It's just little lacking overall. The staff were very nice to allow us to check in early so we were appreciative of that but I would not book again.

This place is a scam. ZERO STARS!!! Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I booked and paid for a specific room category, only to arrive and be placed in a lower-category room than the one I reserved. When I brought this to the hotel’s attention, I was told that they would refund/pay the difference because they had not provided the room I had actually booked. I trusted that representation—and, of course, they ultimately did not honor it. So not only did they fail to provide the room I paid for, they also failed to follow through on the compensation they promised. And unfortunately, the room itself was dirty and poorly maintained. This was not a situation where I was expecting luxury; I was expecting the basic standard of cleanliness and service you should reasonably receive when paying for a hotel room. That expectation was apparently too much. The overall environment was also extremely concerning. During our stay, I witnessed what appeared to be drug transactions taking place in the parking lot. Regardless of what the hotel chooses to call it, seeing this activity on the property made the entire stay feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The customer service was just as disappointing as the room. Once they had our money, actually resolving the problems seemed to become someone else’s problem. Booked one room. Received a lower category. Promised compensation. Didn’t receive it. Dirty room. Extremely questionable activity in the parking lot. Terrible customer service. I would not stay here again, and based on this experience, I would strongly recommend spending your money somewhere else. There are plenty of hotels that will at least provide the room you paid for and stand behind what their employees promise.

Nice Modern room with a great shower. Floor was really dirty though!
-
What an excellent stay from start to finish. This is a very clean and enjoyable place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was up to date and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and soft. I will definitely be staying here again soon.

The rooms are kept clean by steff, and some are quite new. They make you paying parking, but it seems excessive for the overall value of the hotel.
-
Towels are all dirty and stained the floor was very dirty. We booked a room with bunk beds got there and was told that’s not what I booked. Another customer had the same issue.

Clean inside love it
-
stained sheets and towels, charged $10 per night for parking in an already overpriced motel. bad customer service over the phone and in person. had to make my own bed when I requested new sheets.

Best hotel I could’ve stayed at with my family of 6.
