Travelodge by Wyndham Burbank-Glendale

The staff especially manager Anna were all amazing - very courteous and professional but at the same time gave you a warm reception that makes staying there feels like home. Rooms are clean and beds are so comfortable. I always feel safe staying there. Overall one of the best place to stay for frequent travelers like me.

The location was great! We were close to City Walk at Universal Studios. Just around the block from us in walking distance ware quaint antique/thrift stores and a wonderful bakery with great prices! The room was hot when we arrived. Usually when we travel the AC is already turned on. We had one day with no hot water, but that was fixed. The manager was on the phone when I went into the office to ask her something and she ignored me, but when I came back with my husband, she quickly got off the phone. Not sure what that was about.

The location They messed up on giving me 2 rooms with 2 beds each, the ace didnt work in another, another room ace was set to 90 so it took forever to cool down, one shower was cracked, beds uncomfortable

I could have sworn when I booked it the amenities said free breakfast, but they only do it on Fridays and Saturdays and I was there during the week

The Staff are amazing! So helpful and kind. The bed was comfortable and overall the property was quiet except for the usual, sound bleed through from floor above. The property definitely needs some updating. It was clean, but the bathrooms need to be remodeled. However, everything was very clean. There was a lot of free parking including a lot next door. Very hard to find free parking anywhere in Southern California, so that's a perk! I would stay again, on the top most floor.

Room was tiny and crowded dirty bugs in the room and my daughter had some bed bug bites was not worth what I paid for the room

The property manager Ann is great and very friendly
