Travelodge by Wyndham Burbank-Glendale

The staff has always been nice. There is plenty of parking and this hotel is very close to Porto’s in Burbank. One block away. The room we got this time has seen better days. Can’t use the coffee maker bc it’s not clean. The front desk does provide very good coffee with lots of choices. The room and beds are clean. The bathroom needs updating. And the front door sticks. This is our second stay at this place.

Charged my card for the night when I already prepaid and fighting to get the money back. Said they reimbursed us to a mastercard. we don’t have mastercard! Never again!

Pictures look different than what you actually get. First I will say the number one reason we booked this place was price then location. We went to Universal Studios and it was very close so that was worth it just for that. The room was tiny for 2 adults and 2 children even with 2 beds. The room was sooo hot the whole stay. The bathroom was left open and the AC was not on so it made the room hot and even with the AC on the whole time the room stayed warm the whole time. Also I wish they wouldn’t say free breakfast because it’s really not. I asked the front desk where breakfast was at because I couldn’t find it and she said it’s only on the weekends and when Saturday came I was expecting like maybe some eggs or waffles but nope…it was a few muffins and little Debbie pastries by the front desk that you just grab and go. Overall don’t stay here if it’s not more then a night or you need a close place near Universal.

Ok for 1 night stay if no other options. Else its a small property. Too small, dated and old.

Clean, nice room and close to universal studios. We enjoyed our stay.

Welcoming staff. Bed was super comfortable. Rested well after long travel.

There was no hot water, I let it run for more than 10 minutes

I was even afraid of what was the conditions on the bedsheets. When I went to speak to the front desk, no help was offered whatsoever. Only stated that it would cost extra for room service on a non-refundable booking. Very disappointed with condition of room and lack of recovery offered.

However, there were a few issues during my stay. The air conditioning was not working properly and was very noisy. In addition, the shower did not have hot water, which was disappointing.

Checking in and out we're so easy, your receptionists or very friendly and able to answer questions. Made me feel very welcome, very kind! The room was clean and comfortable, easily accessible. I was able to relax and slept very well away from home, which is rare for me. The location I stayed at right across the street is a target, right up the street restaurants and convenience stores. This was a great location! And for being in a business district, just far enough off the main street to be fairly quiet.

The property manager, Ana, was an INCREDIBLE host! She really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and ensure my stay was stellar. She was attentive, kind, and really helped me out with important packages that were being delivered for my work. Honestly, the level of care and customer service she provided surpassed what I've experienced at many major hotel brands. Thanks so much Ana!!!

Antananarivo Bhasine is an excellent host....entire staff is exceptional and caring...cannot wait to return next year!! We liked everything and the beds and pillows allow for good sleep!!

The tub/shower was so old, we did not use it - was so disgusting!! I’m not sure how they can rent out a room with a bathroom like that? At least the toilet was somewhat newer - the toilet paper holder was rusty, the floor tile was old and cracked, The mirror looked like it was from 1960’s - in a bad way. They had tried to fix issues with lots paint or stucco looking substance - looked disgusting. We brushed our teeth with bottled water - didn’t want to risk what was coming out of the faucet !! Very disappointed with our stay - we will never stay there again ☹️ PS I took lots of pictures - will be complaining to Travelodge.

Great stay

The property and room were very clean. However, the rooms need to be remodeled. The showers in particular were out dated.

Close to portos Parking is a problem late in evening

I was given a voucher for tacos at the restaurant next door tacos were excellent. Ty Upon arrival I think I could have been greeted a bit nicer but overall not to bad.

Location was great for being close to universal studios I don’t think anyone swept or mopped the floors all week, our socks were black…
