Best Western Plus Media Center Inn & Suites

Exceptional

The staff very friendly, in walking distance to restraunts. Close to Hollywood Universal studios The pillows

The bed was comfortable and parking is free The Indian or Middle Eastern guy who checked me in was extremely rude and condescending. I almost completely just went to a different hotel also housekeeping never came and cleaned my room , took out the trash, are gave fresh towels. After a long day at Universal Studios, we came back to literally nothing done to the room.

Very good

Clean and very accessible Everything was ok

Exceptional

Front desk very friendly and quick to check in Family I joyed breakfast

It was clean and quiet. The smoke alarm went off at 5am and we all had to evacuate in our pajamas. It was a false alarm. Didn’t sleep after that. Breakfast was so so.

Our favorite place to stay for Halloween horror nights. Although we never make it to breakfast, It’s always nice to have that option. Parking is limited, but not nonexistent and a lot of walkable restaurants. The staff is always nice and their rooms are always clean.

Easy check-in, ample parking, no problem. Great stay.

I have stayed here several times before. It’s a very comfortable stay in a convenient location. Free parking underground, and free. Wi-Fi are much appreciated. There is also free breakfast for those who want scrambled eggs, bacon, or sausage, waffles, mini muffins, toast, cereal, yogurt, and fruit. Also coffee and juice. The staff is very nice and helpful. It’s a great place to be if you’re visiting any of the studios, and it’s just a very short short walk to downtown Toluca Lake, which has many fine restaurants and a wonderful coffee place in Priscilla’s

One of the biggest perks was that parking was completely free, which is surprisingly hard to find in the area. Breakfast was also included and was absolutely delicious! There were also several little restaurants and stores within walking distance, which was incredibly convenient and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. If we ever come back to California, we would absolutely stay here again!

Clean, fairly close to Universal Studios, restaurants were close by Pool wasn’t heated

It was clean roomy and convenient and good continental breakfast Just the price and the pool was tiny.

Location to Universal Studios, suited our budget and needs, met expectations and was consisistent with our other accomodation experience in the US Nothing really, appropriate for the price and no surprises

Everything!! Great Workers here too, Shoutout to Jay!

Everything will be back when I’m the area
