Restaurant had good food

Very nice and clean The perfume the pump into the main lobby was so strong it gave me headaches.

Small but very cozy hotel. Loved that they had filtered water available to refill and a complimentary coffee station. Loved that they had a hotel shuttle, and it was so easy to reserve it to/from Universal Studios. They were very prompt and courteous. The shuttle was a bit old but ran fine.

Had a wonderful stay at the newly renovated Coast Burbank Hotel! The staff won me over immensely, and my room was perfectly clean and comfortable… and that shower!!! It was perfectly located too, for this particular trip; flew into Bob Hope Airport and skipped the LAX madness altogether. They even have a dedicated shuttle to-and-from! Highly recommended!!

Very clean, great location and attentive staff. Room was very nice but outdated for 2026 needs. Best part was the ceiling fan which you never see in hotel rooms. Floor was carpeted but had stains and a slightly musty odor. The shower was nice but not practical and hard to regulate temperature control. Overall, I would stay here again. Great location. Quiet neighborhood.

It was a nice hotel. The only complaint is that I could not get the room cold enough. It was humid in the room and the whole room never got cold with the air conditioning on. Room 248. I don’t know about the other rooms, but I like it cold.

The room was clean, the staff were very kind and helpful. The van was sadly not working so we got no transportation, but the self service area for water and coffee was great. Overall a 4/5.

The prices went up so much so quickly for my next stay

This is probably the best hotel stay I've ever had. I stayed in the king suite the one that's 600 sqft and oh man what a treat. Very nice, updated and clean room, bathroom and kitchen. Nice bedding and open space. I especially loved the shower. After getting back from Halloween Horror Nights my feet and body were beyond sore and the double head shower and seat were a godsend. The lady that checked me in Seraya?? ( don't quote me on that I know I butchered her name) Not sure of the name spelling but she is the very nice pretty desk person that was working at around 630pm on 9/5. Very accommodating and so pleasant. As a woman who travels alone often she and this hotel made me feel so safe and welcomed. My only gripe is that I am booking another stay here for next month and I noticed the prices for the rooms went up about 200 bucks but not a complete deal breaker as I will be staying here again The prices went up so much so quickly for my next stay
