Perfect location, I was under the impression that motels were meant to be rough and a bit run down but this one was a very clean, tidy, cute themed motel - had everything we needed for a two night stay. The air conditioning in the room is way too loud - positioned right by the bed and it kept me away all night, sounded like an industrial machine!

It's definitely a no frills, laid back accommodation. Customer service was excellent. The front desk employees were very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. We held a scooter and manual wheelchair delivery and pick up at the front desk and they allowed us to store it there instead of our room. They have a nice coffee machine in the lobby also. The bad part was the bugs in the bathroom. There was multiple small bugs in the sink, one wriggling around on its back on the bathroom floor, and coming from the drain. The bedding and room was otherwise clean. The flooring was dark carpet which is gross and not sanitary. I prefer laminate or other surface that requires mopping. Carpets are breeding grounds for germs and are very dirty. The bugs were just too much for me. You cannot plug in a Roku fyi. And smart tv is limited to direct tv plus Prime and Netflix. Bugs are why I wouldn't recommend or stay here again.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The beds are the best hotel beds I’ve ever slept in! The free pastries were a nice touch, but not really a suitable “breakfast” to fill you before a theme park day. Location was great, lots of food options all on the same street.

My second visit, mostly for the easy parking, warm pool, and amazing pastries every morning. Great location for a Universal trip!

Excellent location and the staff is friendly and professional

It was the right price for what we needed and the bed was very comfy and clean! Appreciated the wonderful coffee maker in the lobby and that it was open 24/7. Heated up some food very late at night there too! Would stay there again - solid value and felt very safe. Would recommend!

The parking is not adequate for the establishment. There are not enough parking spots for each room, and street parking is 2 hours only. Breakfast is only pastries and coffee, not an actual breakfast. The location is convenient and it is located in a safe neighborhood.

It is so well kept for a small hotel. I wish they had more parking.

I would say the only downfall to this property is the parking it’s first come first serve and they have maybe 20 parking spots which the rooms exceed those parking spots. Otherwise, the rooms in the hotel were simply amazing.

The room was very clean, air conditioner worked very well. Reception staff was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. Should be more hotels like this. Parking and neighborhood felt safe.

This was my first stay and now one of my favorite hotels in Burbank. It’s very quaint, clean, comfortable and located perfectly walking distance to everything. The best staff who regimens your name and greet you with the warmest smile everything you interact with them.

It was well located and funky-fun. Great vibe and a great Mexican restaurant right next door. We booked it because we were going to a show at the Greek Theater, and it was easy to Uber there and back.
