The only downside is that they charge a daily fee for parking use, $25 per day, which I think should be included or at least more accessible. Other than that, everything perfect.

It was friendly, clean, and inviting. We had a nice time sitting by the pool and relaxing on the deck.

Great staff! Especially Shreya! She was so sweet and helpful. We had a small issue that was completely fixable and she came up to the room and helped us with a smile on her face. My husband also observed her being super gracious and patient with a difficult guests complaints. Our room was cozy. It was very close to universal studios (15min). They have free shuttles but we decided to drive ourselves. One thing is I do wish they had a microwave in the room. But the heated pool more than made up for it. My 10year old was in there both nights we were there! Overall great vacay and we would definitely stay at Safari inn again.

Well the woman at front was very rude. She didn’t even say welcome or anything like that. I wanted to cancel one night and she brought a list of rules always in favor of the hotel. The room was 126 but when I got there added me 25 dollars for the parking. They charged me 2 days even though I left the first day. It’s a 70 dollars motel ,overpriced the room had a lot of noise at night they are in the street, someone from the street can walk to your room or car it has no security at all. The bed was very hard and the top Wifi was down. I would not recommend this place at all. Overpriced and rude people. I told her I will give a bad review and she tried to buy my silence with a 20 $ coupon. But charge me for parking 2 nights. The price of the room it’s a lie because they hide the extra charge for parking. They are better places for the same money. It’s an old motel, a cheap one .

I would definitely stay here again. Great property, clean, safe location, close to everything, and friendly staff. Only issue I had was, the ice machine didn't work but that wasn't that big of a deal. Everything else was great! Highly recommend!

Staff wasn’t helpful at all

The parking was very difficult. At the end of the day they needed to have spaces designated for larger vehicles. They would park and there would not be enough space to drive between the cars to get to a parking space and even though we paid $25 a night to park there were times where you would need to find a space on the street. The “complimentary shuttle” was disorganized and was unavailable to us the first request and on a future day we were initially told it was full again but that they would “squeeze us in.” We showed up on time and had to wait. Eventually only 3 other people showed up meaning there were 9 no shows. We were about 30 minutes late to our outing. We were picked up on time and made sure to thank and tip the driver but overall we were disappointed in our stay. On a less important note the two drinks included per day had no sugar free options for my Type 1 daughter. I don’t think this is a staff problem as majority of the staff were friendly and apologetic for shortcomings. I believe it is a management/owner issue. On a positive note our next hotel that we moved to exceeded expectations.

Superb

Love the neon sign…the room was basic…parking was not great..so small and so many large vehicles (including my rental!). The treadmill is not great…I was able to use it but the calibration of the speed is way off…

Shuttle was helpful. My only complaint was there were no amenities near by.

Personal amable y atento. Todo funcionaba en la habitación, no tuvimos temas de ruido ni ninguna molestia. Mi unico comentario es que la habitación tenia un olor particular, y debe ser por la alfombra, se veia sucia y gastada.
