The only complaint I had is the noise from upstairs at night and in the morning. Some airplanes noise but less a problem.

The staff was great, the cleanliness of the facility and room was superb, everything worked in the room and the bathroom was actually clean! I’ve been to hotels where the room was super clean and the bathroom was a disaster area.

I love the room service they did a goo job every day front desk staff so nice . maybe get more parking space I thought room was small ..there was no room in betweeen the two beds, Also if you add a pool in the patio it would be perfect I would stay there every time ,.

Male staff was able to help out .. great customer services I had a problem with my card but the guy was able to resolve the issue

One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. Spacious rooms. Nice gym. Very sizeable and relaxing outdoor patio area to relax and watch TV if you wanted. Good AC. Walkable to coffee, bars, restaurants. Loud construction across the street started every morning around 7am and even on Saturday. Coffee machine was broken the entire 3 days we were there.

Bed was comfortable, but they have a tv in the courtyard and music playing which you can hear through the room door, also loud with the construction across the street

The room was clean, overall hotel was very nice and well kept. The rooms furniture, blankets, interior was spacious and nice. Parking was okay but not great. Staff was very polite and helpful. The patio was open and clean, had decent furnishings. The main complaint was that it was overpriced for staying only 3 days, they charged over 350$ for just adding a 3rd day. The overall hotel design and amenities did not seem to warrent a price hike for a single day at a hotel that was clearly not busy or full. I won't be going back if they continue to charge such large sums, there are cheaper hotels with similar amenities and design nearby albeit smaller.

Nice hotel. You can see it’s a little wear and tear at some places. Parking is challenge as they charge for daily parking.

The location, the vibe, the rooms, the staff Shower was missing grout look like there was some mildew. All of the upholstered pieces were stained and the stucco around all of the doors was all jacked up. It looks like the maintenance is not being done properly. I only stay at this hotel when I'm in La because I love it but this is unfortunate.

Great stay for the family. Available parking is nice. Front desk was helpful with great information. Axel should get a raise.

​Great Amenities & Staff: The property offers easy parking, and the staff members were overall very friendly. ​Comfortable Spaces: The room itself was notably big and very clean. Horrible Sleep Quality: The mattress was completely worn out, making it incredibly difficult to get a good night's sleep. ​Disappointing Service: I informed the staff about the mattress on the first day, but nothing was done. The next day, they simply flipped the mattress to the other side—which obviously didn't help. Management never followed up to check if the problem was solved, and they never offered to change our room to resolve the issue. ​Closed Amenities: The bar was closed and not operating during the middle of our stay.

It was very clean, had an outdoor patio that was really nice, free coffee/juice. Overall, a really great experience.
