Very nice man at check in and out. The room itself had like 1/2 a remodel. VERY old furniture, and cheap. old carpeting. remodeled modern bath which was nice. Lots of mirrors in this room, no hangers in the closet. noisy a/c unit. Free parking which was nice,

Clean room, staff was helpful, and friendly.Parking was a little tight on the weekends . But they provide parking space in front of the hotel thats metered, And the hotel pays for it . Had a great 9 day stay . It's close to Universal studios.

Older hotel, well maintained. Very close to Universal Studios main reason we stayed here. Close to alot of restaurants.

I was reluctant to stay because of some of the reviews but I decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised. They keep the property and rooms well maintained, staff was very friendly and helpful. They even made fresh coffee that they keep in the main office for you to enjoy. Just wish there was a secondary door latch on the door for my own peace of mind. Otherwise, I was happy with our stay and it was very close to universal studios

It was clean and excellent what we needed for our weekend in LA.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and as described. Check in and check out was easy and the young man was very nice. Parking was convenient but it is was a snug fit. Bigger vehicles might have a hard time. (We have a truck and were ok.)

It’s ok for the price staff was very nice and helpful.

I booked the room under the impression it was 3 bedroom suite..It was a 2 bedroom, there was no microwave in the room. The bathroom was tiny, when we entered the room we noticed hair in the jacuzzi. The parking was horrible and I mean horrible!! Expedia had it listed for 5k sq feet which I knew was a typo but it was barely 500 sq ft and we had 6 people on this trip. For an average of 317 a night this place was horrible and I would never stay there again! The staff was good he was attentive and always brought towels or whatever we needed the low rating had nothing to do with his service and hospitality and everything to do with how old and run down the rooms are. To top it all off you get like 7 TV channels with no streaming capability. If you are thinking of booking this room for a trip to Universal studios I would recommend staying further away and sleeping in a well maintained hotel. This place reminded me of the hourly hotels they have on the East Coast near truck stops the only thing missing was the adult workers. Lastly if you have children definitely do not book the whole area smeels of marijuana including the elevator

Very dirty Bed was very bad condition a/c was good

I've stayed here a few times already. The rooms are okay. It is a bit dated, but the more important thing are. The beds are very comfortable. The linens are clean. The staff is very friendly and nice and it seems pretty quiet. They are currently under a major update, overhaul and new furniture, new beds, new.Everything should be put in by the end of summer 2026. I'm looking forward to staying here again to see the new upgrades.Unfortunately, that means prices will probably go up.But it might be worth it.Definitely convenient for universal studios.

The bed mattress was not comfortable or pillows. We had problems getting up. Sore back & stiff neck. Staff was always available to help & friendly.

Good ac. Had a mini fridge. No microwave. Good tv and has wifi. The environment was good. Parking was good. Has an elevator so it’s easier to make trips when arriving and checking out. Cleaning ladies were good.

Parking small but didnt affect us...a/c worked well. Spacious rooms, a bit dated but worked well and its super close to Universal

Closeness to Universal made this an excellent location.
