They had roaches in my room, the satellite tv kept freezing up, there was gunfire and fireworks by the window and the neighborhood was rundown. I do not recommend this place. The only good thing about it they do not charge a security deposit for transient visitors.

The room was filthy. The fridge was broken. The pool was closed. There were 2 twin sized pillows for a king sized bed. Paint is peeling off the walls. 1 towel. Loud long term occupants (their bread and butter). Completely false advertisement and they urge weekly and monthly occupants to comply and give positive reviews. This place is trash. HARD avoid. I'm filing complaints with Expedia and all state and local law enforcement.

This was the worst experiences I have EVER had. They have a huge infestation of cockroaches. When I arrived, someone was peeing on the side of the building. That should have been my first clue. The picture on Expedia look nothing like the place. It was horrible. Dirty, loud, dangerous are a few words that come to mind. I was terrified all night. In the morning I went to take a shower and a huge cockroach fell out of my towel. I started looking around and they were everywhere. I ran out as quick as I could even though I paid for another night. They really should be shut down until they get this place cleaned up.

With that being said the room was clean. No bugs. Bath tub was clean. Floor was clean. But sorry I will never stay there again.

This hotel on takes CASH. The sheets were strained. Looked red kinda like blood. Only had 1 towel for 2 people.

I did not like the globs of black hair in the shower. I especially didn’t like the cockroaches that were running across the floor. I think you should dump this property from your portfolio. I would actually love a refund!

This place should not say it’s a hotel. It’s more of a half way house. Seems like a home less and no phone in room. No room service pool was unavailable closed and that’s not what it says on the website. Not a clean location. BEWARE!!

It is in a rough part of town so be aware when you are outside at night. There are people who hang out outside of the building. The parking is terrible as well. The parking lot is really tiny and can hold maybe 12-15 cars at max and is in an alley. If you are not able to get a parking spot, you will have a rough time getting parking in the street which is lined with cars from the neighborhood apartments that do not offer parking. When you arrive, they only accept cash for payment. They have an ATM that was broken, so we had to go to a convenience store down the street for their ATM. The rooms are gross and dirty. Our sheets had stains in them. I went to the front desk to get new sheets and they made me go back and bring the sheets to them to trade out, only for the new sheets to also have stains. The room had a cigarette smell to it. Some of the furniture was okay, but the room itself was outdated. There was some blood on the counter. We decided to stay only because there were no bugs. But late at night was when we saw bugs everywhere! There were some roaches and some smaller ones. We checked out the following day. Do not stay here! Even if you are on a budget, find yourself a hostel or a hotel at a different part of town. This was not what I expected staying here.

I also didn’t like that the door was a little tough to lock and unlock. It was pretty dirty. The walls, even the extra toilet paper roll wasn’t clean. It also looked like there were blood stains in the bathroom on the toilet paper roll holder and the shower curtain.

It was really scary to stay here. Bad neighborhood, not safe. Everything was dirty. Staff was rude. No no no. Do not stay here. Go literally anywhere else.

On the flipside, the staff member “K” was very helpful and kind. I stayed only one night as I had an early flight

Nothing bad to say about the staff nor the room itself. We didnt mind the room what really bothered us was the residents that's stay there have no courtesy for others and were screaming and yelling in the middle of the night as well as 5 in the morning making threats to each other and hearing what sounded like a fire arm. We stayed in the room the entire time out of fear. Won't be staying here again and do not recommend. I'm so sorry.

This place only takes cash so dont waste your time amd hit the ATM also the room was very dusty and the floor wasn't cleaned.
