the stay was okay it wasn't perfect, but I got what I needed

Despite the area I had my room my privacy but still was disturbed by an individual roaming the hall way thank you for the service and accommodations WiFi and smart tv.

Check in

Upon arrival the whole bedding was wet. There was a huge cockroach on the floor still alive. Pool not open. Floor was extremely dirty like it hadn't been mopped in months. Strong cigarette smell, no housekeeping on site.

The location was bad- homeless people outside, weird people renting long term rooms- staff was odd- wouldn't give extra pillows or towels, got attitude if you needed toilet paper. When we asked about staying 2 extra days out of necessity it was over $---

On our way out the next morning, there were papers on my car warning about parking in an employee parking space, and about unregistered cars being towed. When we returned to the hotel that afternoon, I took a photo of the faded and illegible employee parking sign. I showed the photo and the papers to the girl (a different girl named Sam) at the front desk. I asked her to tell me what the sign in the photo said, she could not. I told her I had asked the night before about registering my car, she took care of it then. She also told me that it was okay to park overnight in an employee parking space as long as the car was moved by 7:00 the following morning. (*SEE FULL REVIEW ON GOOGLE MAPS*)

We did not. Have any cleaning people to clean the room? We had to do it ourselves, change our sheets, our towels and our pillows found a little bit of roaches in here

Staff very nice and rooms clean the area of the hotel was a negative a lot of drug activity and homeless but as for inside the hotel I’ll give 7 out of 10

No parking

Homeless people in the lobby, broken window in the room, dirty towels

The room is decent for the bargain of LA. There is a frig if you have extended stay. But no coffee is offered or in room pot even. AC was okay. Soap was tiny. But if one knows these things going in it is helpful. There is a full stove and microwave in the community area. Staff was kind.

They had roaches in my room, the satellite tv kept freezing up, there was gunfire and fireworks by the window and the neighborhood was rundown. I do not recommend this place. The only good thing about it they do not charge a security deposit for transient visitors.

The room was filthy. The fridge was broken. The pool was closed. There were 2 twin sized pillows for a king sized bed. Paint is peeling off the walls. 1 towel. Loud long term occupants (their bread and butter). Completely false advertisement and they urge weekly and monthly occupants to comply and give positive reviews. This place is trash. HARD avoid. I'm filing complaints with Expedia and all state and local law enforcement.
