Great location as it relates to BUR airport. Didn't stay for breakfast, had an early flight out. Pillows were awful and A/C unit was unusually loud but otherwise a decent stay.

Not very nice. Rooms old,damaged, and smell bad.

Clean, comfy, quiet room. staff very helpful. Free parking & breakfast a plus!

Accidentally booked for the Monday 27th instead of night of Sunday 26th through 3rd party site. It was around 12 at night. The staff was no help and offered no solution besides buying another night even though I just needed it for tonight and not two nights. He was already paid for the Monday room and date. I told him I would not be using the room on Monday the 27th and would need the night of the 26th. I know I should have left but I was tired and nothing else was close. The room is nothing special they have the ac off completely so the room is a sauna and the rooms are so dated it takes hours before the room finally cools. My room had no hand soap or soap in the shower. I was just staying one night and checked in late at night. All in all don’t stay here. The staff barely does the bare minimum and was no help at all in times of an issue.

Front desk staff was super friendly and with a smile entire time while i was checking in. Easy check in and easy check out. Room was super clean and really nice. I will be making sure to book again when in the area.

The front desk person was helpful and welcoming. Check in was smooth. Stayed there for 2 nights. After the first night we told housekeeping she didn't have to clean we just wanted new sheets and towels. When we came back from our outing that night, she had left the sheets on the bed so we can change them ourselves. Other than that, the place was fine. Plenty of parking and conveniently located near the freeway.

I didn't use the amenities so I can't comment on that. The breakfast was minimal but okay. The bathroom door was awkward but okay. The room was not fresh but reeked of smoke, Marijuana. The air conditioning seemed to freshen it up.

The property is decent, no complaints about it, but they do take their sweet time to refund the $100. deposit it's been almost a week & am still waiting for it.

The room was dirty and the showers were dirty. It seemed like they didn't do a good job cleaning it because the previous guest soap was still there. It seemed dirty. You get what you pay for. It was cheaper than other places around here.
