Comfort Inn & Suites North Platte

We arrived around 9pm after a 10-12 hour drive. We were promptly and warmly greeted; check-in was quick and efficient, which was greatly appreciated after such a long trip, and they were extremely friendly and welcoming to my senior Amstaff Terrier, who was excited to see new faces and be out of the car finally! The property was surrounded by grassy areas with complimentary dog-waste baggies/dispensers. As for amenities—the hot tub was broken (which is fine, we weren’t planning on using it anyway) and the fitness center had two treadmills (one of which was broken/out of order, and the other was more of a walking belt than fit for an actual, proper run) and the elliptical machine was rusty, dated, and a little gross. However, they offer two racks of dumbbells and an incline bench, so if you lift weights, you’ll be happy! They have a little snack nook with chips and candy and the continental breakfast was a perfect starter. All in all, highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

I have NOTHING bad to say about this hotel. It was super nice and the bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to leave it this morning. Breakfast was good. Some Comfort Inns can be a bit sketchy, but not this one! I actually thought it was very posh for a Comfort Inn.

It was nice that a list of dining options with info on each was provided also, breakfast was earlier than most places. Would stay again

It was not clean. The shower door fell off the track. There was hair in the shower. It was room 226

This property was well located and close to a lot of restaurants. We used it as a home base for a golfing trip in the area and it worked out really well. The property is well maintained and has good amenities. The only issue we had is several people just hanging their feet in the jacuzzi and drinking for hours. Not very usable and would have been nice for staff to enforce the no alcohol/beverage policy and moved them along so others could use it. Otherwise, the place was affordable and great amenities for the price!

Breakfast was pretty standard. Plentiful quantities & options. The hot entrees were especially appreciated. Our room wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped. A large stain on the carpet was off putting & the bathroom sink had a huge crack in it.

Clean, staff was nice, pool was ready and clean. Breakfast was good.

The location was great and the breakfast was very good. Had to wait for the receptionist to get back to the desk for 15 min. And some of the exercises equipment was not working

Very convenient to the I80. The property was new and had good amenities. The bed was comfy and the room was good. Ft Cody, a kitschy and retro tourist shopping spot, was way better than I would have thought and had some bonafide museum pieces that were well worth stopping in to see. The walls were slightly thin but it wasn’t bad because people were mostly considerate. Really, there wasn’t much to complain about with this property.
