Comfort Inn & Suites North Platte

We weren’t here long, as we had a very long travel day and were on the road at 5am the next day, so we didn’t get to use the amenities. But the room was very clean and nice and the staff were friendly.

The key cards to the door constantly failed.

This was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. The room had long hairs on the pillows, stained and damp-looking furniture, visible residue running down the side of the couch, dirty shower glass covered in buildup, and a shower floor that clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. The overall condition made me question whether the room had been sanitized at all. I documented everything with photos. Very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend staying here.

The pullout bed in our room was very worn down. The pool was also not working during our stay. Breakfast was good, hotel was quiet.

I was surprised this hotel was rated 9.1? This property definitely needs an update. The grout on the floor tile in the bathroom was cracked and missing, the air conditioner rattled all night and the carpet in the halls and lobby needs to be repaired. The pool and hot tub were both out of service. I am happy to say the staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable.

The room was clean and nice. The sheets weren’t stained. They were very good towels were nice. The only problem I had was the darkness of the lights in the entryway. Otherwise it was fine.

The tub area was dirtyin the corners. The clean staff was a bit pushy in finding out if I was done in the room.

Room needed serious maintenance. Popped tiles by toilet, broken shower cartridge, faucet low flow, and electrical problems with light switches. The shower hasn't been cleaned properly is a while, judging by the track and mildew on the glass. Red grime on the carpet. The bed and pillows were all good. But this is definitely not a 4.5 star hotel. It's 3 stars at best.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, modern rooms. We loved every minute of our stay and our son loved the pool. The free (hot!) breakfast options were wonderful. We also loved that this hotel was pet friendly.

The hotel is in an older building, but it is well maintained and overall a good place to stay. Our room was comfortable, and the bed was surprisingly large and very comfortable. The only downside was the staff. When we arrived, the front desk employee was on a personal phone call. I stood in front of her waiting to check in, but she continued her conversation, which made me feel invisible and unwelcome. A more attentive and friendly check-in experience would have made a big difference.

Text Bell but get a bathroom handle to shower broke off and I had to put it back on and eventually worked other than that. I’ll give it four out of five.

This was an excellent hotel. We really liked the responsive thermostat and comfortable bed.

Breakfast was adequate for the stay with a good amount of different options. The pull-out sofa bed was hard, squeaky, and horrible to sleep on. The 2 Queen beds were comfortable and good. The view from our room was horrible as it was behind a wall on the front of the building. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We slept great and the air conditioner worked quickly. The breakfast area was too small to fit people so we ended up taking our plates up to the room. The variety of food was fine. The desk lady at checkout was friendly and smiling to make up for the able but not real friendly staff at check-in. We would stay again.

Had a nice breakfast selection and the lady setting it up was very attentive.

Clean and quiet rooms. AC was perfect but the bathroom door was a little stiff.
