The staff was friendly and made us feel very welcome. The amenities offered fun breaks. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and the games in the gaming area while watching the World Cup. Clean, bright and fun!

The room was on the side near the interstate and the traffic noise was pretty loud. Even after we turned on the room fan to cover the noise, it was loud. Aside from this, a fine place to stay. Very very clean!

Staff was great, check in was easy, it’s pretty bare bones as far as the rooms.

We always stay at the North Platte Tru when we are driving across Nebraska. A great hotel in a great location.

We really like that there was no carpeting anywhere in the room. We would have liked another chair. Also liked the various positive and colorful notices in the elevators and the lobbies and other common areas. As noted before, another chair would be great.

Rooms were clean and cozy. Huge thanks to the staff who are amazing from the start. For letting my husband check-in for me and also for helping me find my water tumbler that I left behind. I highly recommend

Great bed & pillows. Clean. Room 205 - ceiling seemingly has no soundproofing - there was a circus occurring above us. Also the outer blackout shade doesn't work
