Very clean, friendly staff, but ask for a room on the side away from the highway(unless you are like me and find the sounds soothing)

We had not stayed at a Tru before. We usually prefer Hamptons when we're traveling, however some of the Hamptons recently have been "tired". After we stayed at this Tru we now look for them when we travel. If we have the option we will try Tru. Everything was clean and new with kind if a modern vibe. Can't think of a thing.

Tru Hilton hotels have it nailed - they put their focus on what travelers truly need after a long day of travel.

Room was clean. Bath was excellent with plenty of hot water. Towels were big and fluffy. Bed was very comfortable. Free breakfast was great with great variety from scrambled eggs to pancakes. Remote for TV was hard to use

They had great bacon and pancakes. One of the elevators had a quirk against going to the second floor. Not a big problem though, and they knew about it.

Very interesting design concept hotel. I enjoyed this hotel out of all hotels we have stayed across the America. Breakfast is delicious

All of the staff were excellent from check-in to check out and the breakfast attendants. The elevators were fast and easily accessible. There was a great variety of television stations to choose from to fall asleep to. The room was clean and uncluttered with unnecessary pictures and such. Tru has "hard" floors, I absolutely love that! A thunderstorm rolled through at 4 a.m. and was loud .... as were a few of the guests - a plus is that the fan on the heat/ac unit can be turned on constant fan.
