Breakfast was good for a buffet. Pool is closed. Carpets dirty.

Restaurant on-site was delicious

Room lacked being clean. Ice bucket had water in it, there was a few trash items on the floor, no coffee condiments, the disposable cups appeared to be used. We attempted to check in after 4pm; just 2 adults with 1 room; and our room wasn’t ready yet. I guess, since we had to wait, I expected it to be clean. None of these items alone would make me think bad or write this but when it’s all combined! Plus, if I can see these items, what didn’t they do that I can’t see. Ya know?!?

Cancelled our reservation upon arrival and no communication from crowne royal staff and no apologies even at the time we were told that we had no place to stay with us being from out of town . Phones were at 20% battery , and gentleman the the desk was not even offering advice .

Would stay there again if I’m going through Milwaukee.

Arrived at hotel to be told they were fully booked a year ago due to a convention and Horels.com was supposed to contact me the day before. I had to scramble to find another room on a busy weekend and paid nearly double the cost. Both parties are blaming each other and no one cares if we were inconvenienced or ended up paying extra. Tip: Call hotel to confirm anything booked via third party vendors.

Pool was closed for construction wasn’t aware of pool closer nothing alerted me of such issue booking with Expedia. Room was still not ready at check in.

Our employee went to check in at 11pm WITH A GUARANTEED reservations and the "man" at the desk said "we are sold out so we are not honoring and 3rd party reservations". They sent her away at 11pm with no where to go. BEWARE, THEY CANCEL RESERVATION WITH NO WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Upon checking in, we were told our reservation was cancelled even after paying in advance!

They canceled our 4 room booking last minute causing us to down double on hotels then had the audacity to send me emails asking how my stay was , this shows complete lack of awareness and competence. I book hundreds of hotels a year never again a crown plaza

The room was given away when my daughter got there at 1AM and they were out of rooms. Imagine paying for a room for your 21 year old daughter who was traveling by herself and her plan landed at 1AM. She took an uber to her hotel, just to be told they had given it away. Even though it was paid for!!! I was not happy when she was in a city, all alone and no hotel rooms left! I would not recomend expedia or this hotel again!

Room had new carpet which helps it feel clean and new. The furniture was not new. Room was clean.

Hotel was nice but room was disappointing. There was hair on the bathroom floor, drink left in fridge and door had to be slammed to shut.

The staff was courteous and very helpful. It was a bit tired and clearly needs a refresh.

It was just so so. I expect more from a Crowne Plaza
