The hotel was very clean, room was very spacious and the breakfast attendant and food was excellent

I absolutely loved that our room had a ceiling fan over the bed. Never had that before in a hotel, but so glad Hilton is adding this. Also love having the kitchen and especially the fridge and toaster. Free breakfast was just ok. We ended up buying breakfast nearby. The pool was nice but closed at dusk which seemed early to me. They had a little fitness room which I used. That’s always a nice amenity I look for. And the location was ideal for us. I will definitely stay here again if I visit the area. Highly recommend.

We booked 2 bedroom suite it was in 4th floor last room on floor. Couch was terrible not comfortable at all and pull out mattress was flat. King bedroom bathroom no conditioner. Or Keyes stopped working several times had to get them rekeyed (all of them 3 keys). We booked a 2 night stay. Pool and hot tub were dirty. Asked front desk about when are they cleaning pool? He was unaware suggested maybe in morning. Their idea of cleaning pool was to turn on filter there was green slime on bottom of pool. We went swimming in springs came back with wet towels and bathing suits ask front desk about laundry he said 1 working washer and dryers were broken. Breakfast meats and eggs were cold. The only good thing about this hotel is location. I don’t have pets but they are allowed saw some cute dogs 🐶 I didn’t mind that. This was my first Hilton stay I’ll stick with Marriott’s.

The front desk offered a horrible experience. :( The man that checked us in was incredibly rude and condescending. I felt unsafe staying with my children. I never write negative reviews. I called Hilton to complain and have yet to hear a response.

Loved the cleanliness, helpful staff, wonderful breakfast, and lovely kitchen.

Conveniently located near retail and restaurants, all within walking distance. When we arrived, there was no one at the desk to check us in. 15 minutes later and several people waiting, he came up

Not a great experience! Served its purpose, but in desperate need of update! New carpet and paint would work wonders! Lobby was nice and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of funny smells in rooms!😱

Overall a decent place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything seemed clean and organized. Pool was not swimable following morning but considering there was rain the night before it was understandable. I'm sure it just wasn't cleaned out yet. Best part was very good breakfast considering it's a hotel breakfast. Rooms have older furniture and beds were hard and uncomfortable. Lousy pillows made it even worse. Upgrade the beds and I'll give 5 star for the price point.

It was a very nice facility for the price. Stayed for a family reunion and they made it an enjoyable stay.

Overall this was a great stay! Our room was clean and the bathroom was large enough for our family of 4. The pullout couch mattress left something to be desired, the king mattress wasnt great but could have been worse, and they should get new pillows but for the few nights we were there we managed. The pool should be cleaned out a little more regularly and the hot tub didn’t work so that was kind of a bummer. We’ve stayed in better and we’ve stayed in worse. I’d say it was pretty middle of the line but the area was perfect, convenient and felt safe.

I love the set up of these suites, a separate bedroom, so when your spouse needs to sleep you can still stay up and not disturb them. They also have the bathroom sink separate from the shower/toilet, so getting ready in the morning is easier. Every thing was very clean. The WiFi was slow. We finally just gave up. I would have preferred sausage patties and eggs instead of the spinach quiche. We decided to eat else where.

Me and my family stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. For almost $400 for 1 night you would think it would have been a lot nicer than what it was. Our room had scratches and stains all over the room. The shower in the king bedroom had mold in the vent. Trash in the cushions of the sofa. Then all down the hallways of the hotel the wallpaper was just starting to peel away. My wife got freaked out cause she went to open the door and there was just a man standing outside about 30 ft from our door. Our room was the only room in the hall. The only friendly staff was the woman who checked me in and checked me out. Her energy was amazing. The breakfast was terrible, it tasted old. Just an overall bad experience.

Nice clean and quiet room that was very spacious. It had a full kitchen which we didn’t use but it would be a nice option for a longer trip.
