Staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint are the common areas could be maintained a little better, more specifically the elevators needed to be cleaned. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant, although short.

I loved the room with a kitchen. The staff was friendly and the pool was very nice just too cold for me. The breakfast was lacking. They needed kids friendly items for the waffles, the cereal was stuck in the containers. I was not thrilled they charged to park our car.

Amazing experience! From the front desk team to Miss Dominique, the bartender, the entire place was clean, and the beds were ridiculously comfortable! The room was fantastic, modernized and fully equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely return.

The breakfast was awesome. The bathroom could use a little extra cleaning on the walls and the shower could use a door or a shower curtain. While taking a shower the water goes out onto the bathroom floor. The bottom of the shower door that is there, was all rust. But the shower itself was great. We had a haunted TV that turned on at midnight one night. Brought it to the attention of the staff in the lobby and we laughed for 2 days. Great customer service down at the desk. Planning another stay in a couple months. Would definitely recommend to everyone. We did not take advantage of the bar as it was an exhausting couple days for us in Ocala. Maybe next time.
