Great service at this hotel and they go out of their way to meet your asks and needs. Beds /matresses were not fully appreciated in the family, and the airco system is definitely extremely noisy on the room. Otherwise, great hotel, good coffee machines available at all times and very good breakfast set up.

This was the perfect stop. Super clean room. Pool was amazing and so much fun for our 4 yr old! Staff was kind and helpful! Bobby went out of his way to help us and make we had everything we needed. Noah and Pete were helpful as well making this stay pleasant and refreshing!

It was a delightful stay. Plus, happy hour was nice.

The breakfast is superior, bar is great, but the staff is amazing. The rooms are perfect.

The only downside was the deeper cleaning under the couch. My toddler pulled out a Coors Light bottle cap, and when my husband looked farther underneath, he also found an unidentified pill. Aside from that concern, we had a very enjoyable stay.

I would have liked to see a dedicated bar/restaurant staff. It seemed like the hotel was working hard to promote the restaurant and menu items but the staff was juggling multiple roles in addition to having to staff the restaurant/bar.

Clean, new, beautiful great amenities they showed the fight, friendly staff Housekeepers came in without knocking at 9am and late check out was not available

Loved the full kitchen and kitchen was well stocked. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was nice size with plenty of storage. Convenient location to aquatic center (about 15 min drive). Check in was easy. Could use a bigger garbage can, perhaps more drawers in the room, more hooks in the bathroom for towels.

The property was brand new and very clean. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great too.

We loved the hotel. Very clean. However we noticed the dish was mostly water and little dish soap.

Rooms with kitchen, spacious, bathroom well prepared for the disabled guest, decent breakfast, Publix and restaurants near it Staff not the quickest to assist you, front desk very often empty, pool small and one kid harm her head while using (harsh surface), location outside of Ocala (need to go by car 15 minutes to get to good restaurants and bars)

My only complaint was the channels for the TV were limited not many choices for a almost $500 stay

Excelente hotel

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Big spacious rooms. Comfy beds. After check out though hotel kept trying to charge my card for unknown things, 3 different times. I made sure to leave tip for housekeeping, and we always gather or throw as much away as we can before we leave. Hotel is near a lot of things, which was good cause the kids didnt care for the breakfast. So luckily mcds and dunkin donuts is right there as well as Publix. My parents live across the street in the 55+ community its why we chose this hotel.
