Mattresses were too old and lumpy. TP holder broken. No comfortable area to eat inside the room, especially during 3-day stay.. Smoking areas too far from rooms, not sheltered from rain.

We really like how quiet and peaceful the property is. There’s no loud partying or noise at night, so we can actually relax and sleep. The property is always clean and well kept, and we’ve had a great experience every time we’ve stayed. Nothing! Perfect!!

This place was amazing location was great it’s minutes away from the beach you can either enjoy the shuttle bus they provide from hotel to beach or even drive to the beach and pay for a community parking which wasn’t expensive at all, the staff where very nice and helpful and the property was nice and clean . We will be coming here for our family vacation again I truly recommend . I dont have no major complaints about this place other than the hair dryer wasn’t working but the staff make sure to replace it and the tub being clogged a little but otherwise i was happy the rooms are smoke free and spacious

The facility and rooms are old and not well maintained. Cleanliness is a concern in the rooms and bar area.

I liked the option of getting a cottage, but it was gross I liked the option of going to an indoor OR outdoor pool, but they were disgusting The indoor pool smelled like feces. The cottage was falling apart. Neither hot tub (indoor or outdoor) worked. This place is so run down.

We had a great stay and would come back. Great pools, dvds, mini golf, playground, volleyball, restaurants. Really great location just a couple minutes from the beach.

My grandkids loved the pool. It was a great size. Had a king sized bed that was comfortable. The bathroom was old. The floor was warped and in a spot between the toilet and tun felt like it was decayed.

Great place for kids to have fun and enjoy a vacation. It was close to everything and the food onsite was good. The room was beautifully clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

I want to first highlight a gentleman by the name Donald; He was the nicest guy there., we arrived on Sunday. and the pools ware closed. now mind you it was after Labor Day weekend, but the main reason why I picked this place was because it showed on the website that the pool was still open outdoor and indoor. i went to the front desk the next day to ask why the pools weren't open the gentleman wasn't there. there were two ladies and the older one was extremely rude. I went back the next day to see if there was another person and I found Donald :) i mention to him the pool situation and he said I am so sorry about this yes, a lot of people that just got here have been having concerts about it. I will let the manager know. long story short he took care of it. we had a great time in the outdoor pool & indoor in the afternoon. it was a very nice place for my family, and I will definitely book my stay again next year. hoping that they will keep the pool open again. :)

The pool was lovely, the location was great. Room was cozy. Would like a breakfast component. Either complimentary or a small something sent to your room.

I liked the whole site. Very nice. Made me wish I had more time. Also wished I has access to the vacation homes thru Booking.com. But not being in one makes me want to go back just to get one. The indoor pool had no real directional signs. The room was very dated and smaller than the pictures made it look. No comforter in the room. Just extremely thin blankets and sheets.
