Staff was nice place as a lil run down has a funny smell beds and pillows time to get new one

The bath tub needs to be upgraded, its clean but too old. The carpet in the room needs to be champoo or upgraded

Our room has a smell to it. Always humid in the room and we asked from desk for dehumidifier which they stated they didn’t have. Convenient parking and pool location. Nice area to walk the dog and let him go to the bathroom.

This hotel is in a great area. We had stayed here before and were in a room upstairs…it was a better experience. This time we were on the first floor. The bathroom was dingy. The AC made a lot of noise that impacted our sleep. Our room was not cleaned the first couple of days we were there. It was when we asked but the shampoo and conditioner were not replenished. The breakfast was sparse. The price was too high for the experience. We will not stay here again.

Horrible Hotel

The staff were helpful but the overall property very unclean ! The entire property from the parking lot to the pool! The picture online is very inaccurate don't be fooled. Also the breakfast is free but eat at your own risk. I would never stay at this location.

Not so good: You must use your key card when exiting the pool and that was becoming annoying. Breakfast in the morning is beyond chaotic, minimal seating, long line for waffles, and limited options available if you arrive by 9. Lastly, it’s definitely time for the coffee machine to be upgraded.

Everything was good.but we enjoyed the breakfast time.good coffee +plenty of food.

The place is clean, and it has a very competitive price. The pool area needs maintenance after the last storm. Some of the palm trees are missing limbs, and the landscaping can use some work

We really enjoyed our stay at Comfort Suites Ocean City West. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. One of the best parts was the convenient location, especially since it's close to my wife’s and my favorite restaurant. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we look forward to coming back.

Breakfast was good, staff member in kitchen area rude,; our room very damp all clothing in suitcase felt wet , beach towels didn’t dry overnight; at check in confusion over room -booked room with double bed was told I booked room reserved for pets, room changed but room had lots of moisture throughout stay

Breakfast and Parking

The only thing I like about the property that it was close to other stores The property was very old, not clean. It needs to upgrade so bad. The Internet kept going out when we ran in the shower. It made a noise the whole entire time. The bed was not big enough and it was squeaky.

The photos are very deceiving. The room was outdated. The bathroom had hair stuck on the shower wall as we checked it. Asked the front desk for new sheets and more towels twice. Asked a cleaner if she could do our room while we went out and was told absolutely; came back and the room was not touched. The king bed was uncomfortable. Only good thing about this hotel is it’s super close to the boardwalk.

My stay there was great! Better than expected, I will stay there there again.

Great hotel for a good price. The location is really good too. House keeping staff were very helpful when we needed a few things.

The facility itself looks sound. However, my room had signs of mold and wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The beds were not comfortable and the sofa bed was not for humans to sleep on. The breakfast was not very enticing; there were not many options and the area was pretty crowded. The pool was ok. They need to do some work for sure.
