The staff was friendly It was in a great location In need of renovation The carpet in the room needs to be replaced. The beds were very uncomfortable. The atmosphere of the hotel seemed dingy rooms were dark and non-welcoming. Wi-Fi was horrible

Ice machine in hallway Lack of lighting in the room and not spaced out appropriately. No gluten free food options for breakfast for my daughter. It was only grain carbs. Pancakes, waffles, cereals, bagels, muffins. They could at least offer fresh fruit cup.

The hotel room was clean and the staff were very friendly. Hot tub and pool were amazing and clean, we liked how it was open till 10 pm. The wifi was nonexistent, never worked and could not get a signal anywhere in the room. And the room did not have enough lighting it felt dark and uncomfortable

One of the morning front desk wasn't helpful and was mean to me. She is white older lady with curly hair.

This day was OK if you’re basically just sleeping in the room they did offer a complementary breakfast, but it wasn’t buffet style. Everybody who came for the breakfast had to wait in line for the waffle maker to make their own waffles or pancakes. It was just a hassle it just made you not want to have breakfast there. when it was time to go in the pool, they didn’t have any pool towels ready. We did ask for a toothbrush because my younger daughter forgot hers and they didn’t have any. The place isn’t terrible. It’s just more so to sleep get up and go.
