Mainstay Suites Ocean City West

Exceptional

OK We could not get a room close to an elevator….it was in the BACK of the Comfort Inn (which was not disclosed to us until check-in). My daughter is mobility impaired and it was difficult for her to walk the LONG hallways to the very back of the building.

Room was clean, staff were nice , i always love staying here its a good stay every time

Good

Our electrical outlet in the bathroom smelled like electrical burning. Bathroom had no conditioner a tiny tube of body wash also no wash clothes for the shower. Bathroom door didn't close all the way. We were there for bike week and there from Thursday to Saturday and the parking was awful. People were parking their empty trailers in the front which should have been in the back parking lot with their trucks if they were riding their bikes the whole time. Also there was a canopy in the parking lot taking up spots. No where to park a bike at all. Breakfast was awful. Everything was cold. Ran out of waffle mix the breakfast girl laughed about it and was talking on her phone the whole time. She was walking around with her phone on speaking phone and eating and drinking when she should have been working. I've worked in a hotel for breakfast. I would have gotten fired if that were my hotel. Very unprofessional. We will NEVER be coming back to this hotel. We will also let friends and family also know to not go to thos hotel.

I enjoyed my stay there. Dog friendly and they were well managed on the 1st floor. Property was clean and the pool was great. I loved my room, clean, comfortable and the kitchenette worked well for me to have a simple meal and not eat out as well as sanitize my infant's bottles. Definitely would stay there again.

Very good

The room was nice, it looked clean and the beds were comfortable. My room had fleas. They allow pets to stay there and I assume that one of them left fleas behind.

Yep

Good place. Very nice with swimming pool and kitchen. I will recommend the place A+ Basketball court needed

Stay was okay for one day.

I love the staff, the room is incredible and quiet enough for me to work on the go! Every single time i visit there is sausage for breakfast vs bacon. Lol a very very minor issue.

The hot food did not look appetizing or suitable for eating, so I was disappointed with the overall food selection for breakfast.

Location was perfect... facilities were good Housekeeping wasn't up to par... several days we would leave the room at noon and come back later in the evening and find out that room not cleaned. This happened twice in a 5 night stay. And even when they do clean they don't do it right. Need supervision

Excellent location nice facility basic...
