Mainstay Suites Ocean City West

I’d recommend this place.

There wasn’t blankets in the room. The hotel was nice and so was staff.. I would stay again.. it was located in a good area.

Funny thing is when I booked my stay and got to the hotel I noticed that it was the exact same hotel we stayed at a year ago the staff remembered us the breakfast people were wonderful they even made a special breakfast for me and my family I would go again and stay there again next year thank you

Overall of stay was ok. The room was clean other then it smelled everytime we got to the room but after like a min it didnt! It was very weird other then that our kids loved the pool and the employee were great! Breakfast was good but definitely need more and updated equipment!!

Great stay with my Granddaughter! Breakfast was great, staff friendly and accommodating! Pool was nice but could use a bit more attention due to many people using it. Just needed a little clean up on a daily basis and removal of belongings laying around that people left behind for the duration of 3 days we were there. All and all, 4.5 stars!! Definitely would come back! 🌊🌞

This property has a lot of wear and tear. The sheets and towels are old but clean the walls are scuffed in need of a new paint job. But the floors are clean , carpet is worn. The staff is very helpful but the kitchen lady is very rude. Would not let anyone make their own waffle. But still not cleaning the rest of the area. She should be spending her time cleaning the area in stead of trying to cook everyone’s waffle

Room was clean, staff was nice, pool was nice. Breakfast was okay.

the breakfast is good just know it is not close to the beach it’s a bout 10 minutes so that’s pretty bad

Stay wasn't terrible for the cost, and staff was very friendly. Rooms could have been cleaned and stocked better and we did have to go eat off of property for breakfast as they did not have many options that were stocked.

The hotel it's self was great, but the breakfast was not up to to par. The selections was not appeasing. Watery powdered eggs do not taste very well and the varieties stayed the same.

I just come back,love it.it’s clean ,the room has everything you need to be honest.i recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a facade. It looked nice and new but then the TV didn’t work, the internet didn’t work, the stove top in the efficiency didn’t work, the hot water in the kitchen didn’t work, the dish washer leaked all over the floor, the free breakfast was missing the first morning except a long line of 25 people getting waffles and the second morning slim pickings with an even longer line for waffles from people making six waffles each and taking literally 25 sausages on one plate. All that and most of the staff was rude af.

The property was very clean and the staff were super helpful plus cheery. Our family loved our stay especially the pool and playground in the back. Also, all the shopping outlets across the street and food places made it extremely convenient. We will definitely stay there again, but only in the mainstays side due to the kitchen in our room. We needed the kitchen since we had 3 kids including a 6 month baby.

We loved the little kitchen area!! We were a little bit disappointed in the smell! Understanding that pets are welcome but one hallway was a little smelly! Our room was good but there was a towel and garbage left on the side of the bed, from previous stay! Otherwise nice place !

Bathroom’s door won’t close, the dishwasher had mold and dirty water. Breakfast was terrible, and the noises of children running, and jumping were so annoying!

Clean room. Nice staff. Breakfast was kind of gross, but it is what it is.

Second year here. Being one of the cheapest hotels in OC (or atleast when I booked) it is great for the price. We had a very clean room with a good variety of breakfast items. There was a pool, arcade, gym, and computer. Kind staff

The shower had hair in it and had to be cleaned by me before we used it. The staff was helpful when I asked any questions, the room was spacious, I loved the kitchenette and my grandkids seemed to enjoy the pool.
