Friendliness of the staff
-
This wasn’t our first day at Holiday Inn in West Ocean City. They are super dog friendly staff is super helpful, friendly and the best we’ve ever dealt with at a hotel/motel. This is the best place to stay in West Ocean City, Maryland. We love it here. It is a great place to plant your feet when you’re going to Assateague Island.

We love the location, they are pet friendly and the breakfast was very good. Wish they had a waffle maker. Our room was clean. The tub/shower was slippery, and no plug for the tub. Carpet cleaning with a shampooer is long overdue.

Nice clean property. Staff was friendly and helpful

The Staff The overall quality of the hotel
-
The room was clean. The air conditioner was noisy and there was no nightlight in the bathroom. If you needed to get up in the middle of the night outside of that, it was a good nights rest.

Close to amenities

Close proximity to beach No pool. Staff said it would open in an hour. Never opened. The breakfast was not complete. Ran out of eggs. There was a constant noise that sounded like pipes vibrating all through out the night
