Hampton Inn & Suites Ocean City West

Staff were very friendly professional and helpful. Angela at the front desk was great. Very patient. Enjoyed our stay. We will be back. Thanks.

everything was nice this was my second year there, but this time l was on the first floor the guest above me was up and walking most of the night so l didn't get a good night sleep.

Staff was super helpful and room was clean. Breakfast was great 👍

Everything Elevator and ice machine should be in the center of the building.

Superb

There were stains on the blankets of both beds, as well as a sticky substance on the floor between the beds. While not a major issue, it gave the impression that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned prior to my stay.

Good stay! Near by OC

Location, breakfast, room space and TV On our first night we had a pizza box setting on the counter and by the morning it was completely covered in ants.

This hotel is dog friendly and very clean.

Luggage carts are old and don't hold much, though.

Clean and up to date facilities Luggage carts are old and don't hold much, though.

Just wish pool was a bit bigger. Bigger pool

The beds need updated. Lots of stains on mattresses and uncomfortable .

Very good complimentary breakfast!

Exceptional

Everything

Room was in good condition. I was traveling with my two little ones for the weekend and had a king size bed with a pullout sofa. I asked for extra bedding which was provided. Also asked for a late check out (12pm instead of 11am) which they obliged to with no extra charge. Overall, I would definitely come back for my next trip to the O.C.
