Room was smelly, A/C unit was loud, and they required a $200 cash deposit on arrival.

The pillows were small and the bed was hard. Also only One ice machine worked and was at the bottom floor. Staff was great. Just needs more comfort.

Also that room smelled like bug spray... It was the "suite" room 104

The toilet was very poor at flushing and I had to have maintenance come to fix it and it still was not acceptable. The comp breakfast was nothing other then a banana or a granola bar. The guy working at the counter has no knowledge of anything must have been new.

Did not tell.us the ice makers were broken and only one avaliable on the firet floor Asked for a first floor 3 months ago due to loŵer back issue and put us on the 2nd floor

I like how it’s surrounded by convenient stores and the staff were all nice. The parking lot is way too cluttered.

Convenient for our trip we are in town just for one night for a tournament

Rooms had a really strong mold/moisture smell. We had to air out the rooms with door open. Typically there is a hold placed on card for deposit, Instead we had to leave $200 cash per room. Towels were limited. Maybe I misread but there is no breakfast. It was a more affordable rate but would not stay here again.

It smelled musty and damp.

My daughter first time traveling she was very happy clean room etc cool. fake advertising on website. ( says free WiFi we had trouble and didn’t get WiFi on our stay ) We watched tv it keep freezing / loading for service.

This is by far one of my worst experience in a hotel, it states its a pet friendly but my dog had an accident and from there I felt they were just watching me the whole time and receiving calls with no one on the line. There is no breakfast like it states. I receive a text message after I booked stating that there were no breakfast, that Expedia or other 3rd parties promoted like that but they didn’t have breakfast only a to go bag. At check in they request a $200 deposit in cash (it was never stated it was cash) and if you don’t have the cash they have an ATM, very convenient for them. Of course we did not receive our deposit back because of our dog having the accident. They just gave me a paper stating what it was going to be charged (informal) but with no amount, they provided me the number for me to call the place to receive the prices, which, if this has happened before they should have all that handy to provide to the customer. When I called the place, they said that I needed the item number. I went back to the hotel request for the item numbers, but haven’t received no email with those item numbers. I will never stay here or recommend anyone to stay here!

Room 212 smelled of mold & must. The bathroom had ants in the shower. The front desk staff were rude and un accommodating. Creepy guy in work boots always walking around different floors and parking area.

The location.

The room had a strong smell of mold. The carpet under the AC was damp and there were towels rolled up under the unit outside the room. When I requested a new room the person behind the desk, Arnold, took my key and would not give me a new room or let me get my things out of the room. He disappeared into a back room for 10 minutes while my property was locked in the room. Finally a house keeper let me into the room to retrieve my belongs. I was forced to find a different hotel for the night and the hotel still charged me for the full room fee AND the full security deposit. I spent a total of 15 seconds in the room which was not occupiable do to the obvious mold infestation.

The Owner / Manager was extremely rude. Unwelcoming. Harsh words used with myself, other Patrons and Staff. We were intimidated. We were Harrassed during each encounter. Bed linens turned back for check out?

Location, my room was on the 2nd floor south end, which I liked. It was quiet. TV did not work well for the first few hours. I did not like the pillows. They were too small.
