Horrible hotel. I definitely do not recommend. Looks old and worn down. Room had a smell sink and tub where clogged. We needed a room close to amtrak station only reason I booked. Never will I stay here again.

I was traveling as a single parent with my two daughters 6 years old and 8 years old. I checked into a room, we unpacked and I got my girls settled for bed. I then go to check the doors and windows make sure they work properly like I check in every hotel and unfortunately the room we got the windows would not lock.. I packed up the girls and called the front to please change us to another room. They told me that we have been in the room an hour already and now that room is unrentable. They stated they would not give me a refund if I left and that if I wanted a refund I need to speak to a third party. So what I did was not sleep and stand by the window all night while I allowed my girls to sleep. Not a good experience. The manager stated all the windows in the whole hotel are the same and don't lock I expressed that I had my little girls with me but there was nothing done. I ended up staying awake all night watching the window while my daughters got to sleep. ruined my vacation and I will be requesting a refund. I have video proof as well of the window if you need it. We were in room. 213

The location was the best feature.

Our stay was okay overall, but I was disappointed with the experience at the front office. The staff's demeanor did not feel welcoming or friendly, which made the overall experience less enjoyable.

Nice , clean and comfortable

Had a double queen with 2 kids. Didn’t feel too cramped. We had to stay here last minute & they were able to help for a late check in. The front desk girls were very kind. Day of check out was 11, and then 11:02 we had someone knocking on the door asking us to leave. We were bags in hand walking out, I thought that was a little weird. Rooms were old, but okay for cleanliness. Rooms had a safe, iron, shower caps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. There was a super cute coffee shop & the BEST donuts across the street. I would stay here again.

Cons: The room just felt dirty. It was musty, carpets really needed to be vacuumed and the surrounding area is questionable. You get what you pay for.

Great place to stay because the rooms are clean and the staff is nice. There is no breakfast just be aware of that fact.
