The worst part was, my 2 kids slept on the sofa bed and the back and arms of the couch were brown and it was a light grey couch. I wonder, if they don’t pay attention to details, what else do they not pay attention to that my eyes couldn’t see. I left the stay feeling a little disgusted. Additionally, there was no window covering in the bathroom. Yes, we were on the second floor and the next building was blocking half of the window, but if someone was on the roof working, they can see inside the bathroom. Lastly, if you are traveling with kids, I would not recommend this hotel. To get to our room, guests have to walk through the bar. For adults, this hotel is great! You will love it, but they do need help cleanliness.

Love this place and stay again. Place is lively with a rooftop bar, restaurants on the ground floor. Walking distance to the beach/pier.

The location is perfect just behind the Mission Pacific Hotel 2 blocks and in the heart of entertainment district. The pier is only 3 blocks and the breeze off the water was wonderful from the roof top bar and through our windows. The room was larger than expected as well as the bath. The bed was firm and very comfortable with great linens. The air conditioner hummed just right and access to the room was easy. Will stay again.

It was a beautiful space right downtown close ro bars restaurants coffee and the beach. Unfortunately the rooftop and tiki bar were closed early on Sunday

This Brick Hotel is rad! The hotel is clean with an open concept. Location is key for this spot as the beach is a couple blocks away, there are so many bars and restaurants around, and there are 2 awesome bars: one tiki bar when you walk in and a rooftop one with an amazing view, especially for sunset. The Thursday Night farmers market is steps away which was also very cool. We had such an amazing stay, we highly recommend staying here, and we’ll probably stay there again! :)

Room was small but clean, comfortable and enjoyable. Bathroom was very nice. Parking was very convenient.

The hotel is in a great location and the bars at the property are convenient. The room was small and there wasn’t an option for a King bed, but it was good for a short stay.

Everything was thought of for this property! It was absolutely amazing. Check in and check out was so easy and convenient! The location itself is perfect but on top of thought they have the parking situation taken care of, the rooms are adorable, the amenities on the property were fantastic. when we arrived we had a ticket for a complimentary drink at the tiki bar and a complimentary coffee at the succulent coffee shop. This place is FANTASTIC! I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked a sea view room , I paid for it and I got a room with absolutely no sea view.
-
all good.

The room and balcony was comfy and the decor was so fun! I took a ton of pictures of the tiki bar and succulent coffee area! Precious! The staff were so friendly and helpful too. The parking area was great and easy to use but i didn’t like walking to and from the garage at night by myself.

The room had a very strong bleach smell. The blinds didn’t block out light and you had to go into a storage closet to get an iron. Overall, just an odd experience.

Great location, walkable to beach & restaurants, two bars and a coffee shop on property. The staff was very nice and if we ever needed something, it was a quick response via text. I understood going in that the Cococabana was on the roof & was essentially a night club, however the constant base from the music til midnight was a bit much. We were in town for family events which had early start times. It was incredibly loud & hard to sleep through. Surprised that there isn’t a 10pm noise ordinance for the music, which was my assumption.
