Donna at the front desk was awesome!! She was very friendly and helped all of our baseball team get a late checkout since our game time was late . She needs a raise!

Fabulous stay, the people at the front desk were awesome and very friendly. Pool and gym were very nice. Clean rooms and even with them redoing some things you wouldn't even know it if you didn't see them doing so. Breakfast it wonderful so many selections.

The room was clean,breakfast was good. My only complaint was the parking lot was really rough,needs to be resurfaced. Overall great experience would stay there again.

This was a great location for us to attend a retirement ceremony at Scott AFB which is about 15 minutes from there. Lots of shops and food around as well. Very clean. Staff is friendly. Full breakfast that was great. I was surprised they didn’t have coffee makers in the rooms and it’s because the coffee downstairs tastes wonderful! We felt safe and didn’t have to worry about our car getting broken in to. Would definitely stay here again. Our key cards kept deactivating. Not sure if it was because of our phones or the cards themselves but the staff would fix it. There is construction on the highway before the property but that is out of Holiday Inn’s control.

The buffet breakfast was lacking this time during our stay. There wasn’t any yogurt, very little fruit, only apples on the one day. Milk for my coffee came from a large jug and not little milkers which was inconvenient. The toilet in our room did not flush very well and the mirror in the washroom had a big chip where someone could cut themselves.

Rooms were very nice and clean I stayed in 227 where kids were running up and down the hall way all day no parents in sight to take after them. It was very frustrating as they also kept screaming like it’s a play ground.

Older unattractive property. No effort at charm or warmth. Blinds and floors were dirty. Noise from road outside window. “Suite” was just a slightly bigger room. My experience was disappointing. Can get more for the money in the area.
