We reserved early and requested a room with a view, but upon arrival we're told that our room was changed. Staff were excellent and helpful. Buffet was good, but bananas were over ripe. More bacon days please. Location great. Air conditioning good. Hair dryer would be helpful. Again, staff were very good.

HONEST REVIEW. We stayed in room 805, fridge kept doing a loud noise often enough to disrupt sleep. The closet door was not properly installed or maintained. We can hear Ice machine next to room. Both elevators sound pretty bad feels like they might give out soon. Parking is not bad for it being downtown, but it is a bit of a walk from hotel entrance, and should be part of the stay rather than an extra charge $12, not the $10 stated. Overall a decent stay, if these were fixed would be a great stay.

Too noisy for an expensive hotel. Needs soundproof windows. To us it sounded like were sleeping in the street. Outside looks much worse than it does on the inside. If they fixed the sound problem i would return.

The hostess that checked us in was extremely sweet and very helpful. My husband is currently using crutches and she was very accommodating and helpful.

Clean room, comfortable bed and a nice staff

Historically interesting Loud panel in room . Sounded like machinery behind it. My wife did not sleep well.

The rooms were nice ! Located in the corner with no free parking space. We have to pay 10 dollars a night for parking in the garage but they offer a free parking 2 blocks from the hotel which it was kinda creepy parking there..

Very beautiful exterior but stunning interior. Such a clean, welcoming and beautiful place to stay. Delicious breakfast, friendly house keeping staff and welcoming and lovely receptionists. Thank you!

The manager gave our paid room away. Never notified us. Not easy to access this Motel as it is down town and you must park in a loading zone. Not very nice to come up to the desk with your suitcases and be told they gave your room to someone else. I don't care that they made arrangements 4 miles away at a competitors facility. We were on vacation and all our stays were booked very purposely in advance, almost exclusively Hilton facilities. We will not be using as many Hiltons in the future. I did not rate all the categories as obviously we did not stay in this Motel, and never will.

The desk staff when checking in were nice. They oversold the rooms and I was downgraded from a king suite to a double queen room, they said there was nothing they could do but stated their manager was there the next day. The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful stating at the time of booking the queen rooms rate was higher than when I booked the room weeks prior which makes sense since they were over sold, which was not the case when I booked. Amenities; no hair dryer, something I count on as a Hilton Honors member. Front staff a bit friendly; overly dramatic and questioning in the type of room booked, Pointing out possible error. Just a bit different. Will choose a different Hilton location, next time in area.
