The street traffic was very noisy.

was State at this property a year ago and it was wonderful, regrettably a lot has changed. The furniture on this trip was all beat up, bathroom had holes in the walls and chips of paint missing, blanket was stained. They have coffee in the office, but the office is closed until 11 AM. The staff appeared to try to be helpful, but pretty much incompetent.

The lobby was never open in the morning for coffee even though they had it there

Clean rooms nice helpful staff.

The place had a smell to it, the floor had water leaking in the tiles somewhere. Only a couple outlets to charge devices and away from the bed. Races cars on main st all Friday and Saturday night.

On Sunday’s the reception or office is closed. We had trouble to check in. It was necessary to call a phone number and no one answered. It took multiple attempts to call. Finally, someone picked up and send someone to let us in. Otherwise, it was ok.

One of the wall lamps next to the bed was VERY loosely attached. Bed was nice but the pillows were VERY HARD / TOO FIRM. Traffic noise was terrible until about 3am. MOST IMPORTANT... Room next door appeared to be unoccupied EXCEPT by a dog that barked loudLy and frequently. Earlier, when we were bringing our suitcases to our room, we saw a man reach behind the external AC vent under the window of that room next to us. He pulled out an electronic key card, opened the door, put his dog inside, shut the door, and left. Later that evening (about 9p) as we were returning from dinner, a young boy did the same thing...retrieving key from behind external AC vent different room...not the one next to ours. This time, though, the boy did not open the door of the room. He pocketed the key and began to walk away. My husband called to him, but the boy did not stop. Instead he knocked on the door of a room "down the walk," the door opened, and he went inside. VERY SUSPICIOUS!!!!!!! We will spend a little more money next time for a better hotel!!!!!!!!

The room I had was pretty nice, fairly clean, though there were a couple small questionable repairs, like grout in the shower that fell out when I took a shower. The thing that annoyed me most was what seemed to be some kind of unofficial drag racing down the main street right in front of the establishment throughout most of the night. Those cinderblock walls are not at all sound proof and it kept me up quite a while. I know it's not the establishment's fault for that, but it seems like something that should have been checked by local law enforcement

Not nice!

The hotel was easy to find, not always guaranteed in UT towns, the staff was friendly and helpful, and included the most beautiful hotel manager one could hope for. Worth the side trip.

T.v. not working right. Very loud close to the main street sounded like a race track.

Great

Mainly, we liked the price. We were only in the room for sleeping. We had a noisy uipstairs neighbor with a whiny kid, and one night (of two) there were impromptu motorcycle drag races on the street until almost midnight. There was no coffee maker in the room, and no coffee at the front desk which didn't open until 11 am. But...it is close to Farr Better Ice Cream, usually a mob scene because it is homemade and you get two scoops for $5. And it is close to the Temple in case you need those services.

affordable stay, near the city center. had to check-in very late and i was contacted directly to make sure I was able to get in the room. no frills type stay but if looking for an affordable place, clean, and friendly staff, this place works.

The noise from adjacent rooms and the traffic was very loud. I would not recommend staying here.

Very little positive. The shower water was nice and hot. Let's start with the obvious: It's rather run down and more expensive than the Motel 6 on the same street. There is no microwave or desk. The heating/cooling unit is loud and janky. The showerhead was stuck on one terrible setting that sprayed in an aggressive uneven manner. The sheets had a stain. The whole place feels kinda low class, as there is trash in the parking lot and what appeared to be prostitution taking place. The office isn't regularly staffed and was not air conditioned. It took at least 15 minutes to get service when I tried checking in. The TV service was very hit or miss, due to what I'm assuming is a bad internet connection. The location right on Washington may be convenient in the day if you're walking or taking transit, but be prepared to be up late with obnoxious whining crotch rockets and loud revving engines driving by. Also, "temple view" is a stretch - the temple was down several blocks - not like across the street. Oh, and one last thing - the wall outlets are so worn out it was hard to get a phone charger to stay in place or connect well enough to function.
