Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast, convenient location

This hotel was fabulous! The fitness center is amazing and open 24 hrs a day. It’s the best hotel gym I’ve been in. The breakfast was phenomenal as well. Lots of amazing options. The room was awesome from the bed to the pillows and even the shower. I would look for this hotel again if I ever had the chance.

We did get a new room and the pull out couch was broken , three people had to sleep on one bed ,

We arrived after midnight, but the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and very large. We will stay here again!

Our room had no glassware for water.

All pillows smelled dirty, asked for some others and never got them. There was no bedding for the couch pull out in room and no trash bags in all bins. There was hairs n the bathroom floor when we arrived. Also no cutlery or anything in drawers in the kitchenette. Iron also didnt work.

Staff checking in was helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Lots to choose from at breakfast

I didn’t like that the lobby had no comfortable areas to sit in the morning before the breakfast hour.

Hotel was good but there was no shower gel or conditioner in the shower, only shampoo.

Great location and clean property

The room and the hotel were very clean, except there were a few hairs on and around the shampoo dispensers. I’m not a fan of the pocket door for the bathroom. The latch didn’t work and it kept wanting to slide open. The room is very comfortable and quiet. Overall the hotel and the staff are great.

Check-in was a nightmare. We checked in at 4:30, check-in is at 3:00 and we weren't in our room until after 5:00 because “they had over 100 people leave that day” Apparently my groups money and time was of no importance to them. The room was a great size for us however it was not the cleanest. Would not recommend, there are many other great hotels in the area.

Room wasn’t very clean. Walls in our room were dirty and need repainted. Killed multiple bugs & spiders in our room. There was only one fork in the kitchen. Housekeeping didn’t come at all during our 3 night stay. Pool and gym were really nice. Breakfast was good. Good location

Facilities were nice and clean but there was food from a previous guest in the room fridge.

Very nice place to stay.

Rooms were spacious. But most the locks on the doors had been pulled off which was weird. Our lock didn’t work so we had to go down again. Staff was nice and breakfast had lots of options.

Roaches!!!!!!!! The hotel HAS roaches!!!Our room had roaches !!! roaches!! What a awful feeling is to wake up and see little creatures, so disgusting and gross!!! Check your bags people you don’t want little travelers back home with you ! NEVER COMING BACK

Room wasn’t ready at 4:30. Key card didn't work until 5. Blackout curtains were ripped. Hair in bathroom. Ice maker didn’t work on first floor.
