Great location and clean property

The room and the hotel were very clean, except there were a few hairs on and around the shampoo dispensers. I’m not a fan of the pocket door for the bathroom. The latch didn’t work and it kept wanting to slide open. The room is very comfortable and quiet. Overall the hotel and the staff are great.

Property was well maintained and location was perfect for walking around

Check-in was a nightmare. We checked in at 4:30, check-in is at 3:00 and we weren't in our room until after 5:00 because “they had over 100 people leave that day” Apparently my groups money and time was of no importance to them. The room was a great size for us however it was not the cleanest. Would not recommend, there are many other great hotels in the area.

Room wasn’t very clean. Walls in our room were dirty and need repainted. Killed multiple bugs & spiders in our room. There was only one fork in the kitchen. Housekeeping didn’t come at all during our 3 night stay. Pool and gym were really nice. Breakfast was good. Good location

Facilities were nice and clean but there was food from a previous guest in the room fridge.

Very nice place to stay.

Rooms were spacious. But most the locks on the doors had been pulled off which was weird. Our lock didn’t work so we had to go down again. Staff was nice and breakfast had lots of options.

Roaches!!!!!!!! The hotel HAS roaches!!!Our room had roaches !!! roaches!! What a awful feeling is to wake up and see little creatures, so disgusting and gross!!! Check your bags people you don’t want little travelers back home with you ! NEVER COMING BACK

Room wasn’t ready at 4:30. Key card didn't work until 5. Blackout curtains were ripped. Hair in bathroom. Ice maker didn’t work on first floor.

We stayed here for a medical appointment. It was convenient. The rooms were very nice. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately we will not be staying there again due to the overwhelming amount of dogs. One guest had 4 dogs in his room. There were always barking dogs we called the desk and they said they would take care of it. I am sure they tried.

The staff was FANTASTIC! The room looked good it was clean the beds were comfortable. We were getting the trash can out from under the sink and the biggest roach came out. We called down to the front desk they sent someone up to spray. The other issue was the bathroom door was a pocket door and the handle was ripped off. So the door would just slowly open on its own while you were using the bathroom or showering. We told the front desk and the said they could send someone up the next day. It was a nice place but for the price the roaches were a big surprise. I would have also thought the door would be fixed before they rented out the room.

Overall, really cute hotel. The pool table was a fun addition and the breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately, the pool was being serviced, which we understand, but it’s the first week of summer vacation and the sister pool that they let us use at a nearby hotel was a five minute drive and they told us the wrong hours so after we packed everyone up and drove over there, that hotel told us the pool had closed for the night already. They just need to coordinate their communication. Also, the beds and pillows were not very comfortable.

Property is clean and is within walking distance from restaurants and shopping.
