We had a warm greeting followed by a quick check in. The hotel along with the our room was exceptionally clean.We had breakfast there one morning and found many tasty options to choose from.

I booked a room and paid for it. I was tired from driving, but the manager could not find my reservation and told me she did not have a room for me. She promised to refund my payment but after 8 days I still have not been refunded! I paid for a night here but was turned away. There was a problem with their computer and they could not give me a room. I paid $188.52 and was assured that it would be refunded. After 8 days it has not been refunded.

There was no working tv in the room and they took 1/2 the day before they responded to request. The front desk said “ the maintenance man is off site” when I asked if could have another room they said “ No”. It was fixed but it was stressful.

Love that actual hotel & staff, location of parking & where to pull to get checked in is very chaotic & co fusing. Also computer systems were down durning check in so staff did get having to do everything through signing physical paper information. The parking & pulling for just checking into hotel very chaotic.

Weekend noise from the street racing, revving etc. Very loud and continuous until 1 a.m.

Great hotel with fantastic service! Our room was tidy, cozy, and had a great night's sleep. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

Front desk staff were great at check in and departure. Room was clean and good use of space Food in restaurant was average. I think our waitress might have been in training because she was very forgetful, couldn't remember our orders, silverware, etc. We were one group of only four tables being served, it wasn't busy .

Problem with late night resident's revelry for which staff appeared uninterested in addressing

We arrive in the middle of the night, and the person was in the front desk. Didn’t help us that much.

It was my first time at this property, but family members traveling with me had stayed there before and recommended it. We really liked it and the staff were great! Their snacks area, pool, gym, dining options were excellent as well.
