Very clean and well taken care of. Room was comfortable and beds were good. Breakfast had many options and was excellent. Across the street from a restored train depot which was interesting to see. Very urban location so lots of motorcycles, loud cars, loud music and loud people inside and outside hotel. Hotel provided earplugs which was nice. We didn’t need them but I can see how some people would use them.

The rooms are normally very clean and comfortable. On this stay the floor seemed as though it had not been properly vacuumed as there was long hair all over. Due to the holiday, they did not have cleaning staff available which I feel properties should be kept staffed regardless.

Would your falamenities with the property amazing? Continental breakfast staff was helpful. However, ask for turn down service and housekeeping staff did not do it and leave in the room somewhat dirty.

Second room , the shower was not clean it had hairs on the walls They were two lamps with with twisted prongs unable to plug the lamps on the sockets Surprised by the dclined as we have been in many of your facilities before, never had this problems

Stayed for two nights. My room was never cleaned or towels replaced. Full length mirror was missing from the room.

The staff was nice and the rooms were big! There was plenty of space however I did notice that there was hair from the previous guests. The shower and toilet did not seem to be throughly cleaned before we arrived. Other than that it was a good stay.

The fact that it was relatively new or recently remodeled was a nice change. Welcome staff was friendly. Our room was on the main street side of the building so traffic and other city noise was really bad. There was a vent fan in the restroom ceiling but no way to turn it on. The morning staff at checkout seemed indifferent and not friendly.
