Great location.

The resort, inside and out per extremely clean and well maintained. Staff was very accommodating. The only issue I had was actually the designers fault. In the king suite, which love were lovely,their interior designer installed a hanging lamp over the small table where coffee pot was located. I’m 5’6” and every time stood up I hit my head on the hanging lamp. The lamp shade is actually 3 tiered lampshades suspended from the ceiling. I would suggest they remove a shade. But otherwise, hubby and I had a wonderful time and truly have no other complaints, only compliments.

Had to wait 45 mins to get our room after arriving at 4:00…check in time. Not impressed with that and ours was not the only one not ready. Obviously, they have a staffing problem or so t know how to schedule. Also had three people at the front desk but only one seemed to be able to check in people at a time. Room was clean but the bathroom was so small it was hard to move around. Rooms were not sound proud either so we could constantly hear kids running up and down the halls. Overall the place was okay but wouldn’t go back again.

got there Friday night and the room had a leak in the bathroom, that they couldn't fix. so they put us up at another hotel where the room was not the same quality

Price was good for the amenities offered and location. Our room was just recently renovated.

The resort was beautiful, clean and just great in general. A little frustration around check in as the reservation in the system was wrong but unsure if that was a Meadowmere error or an Expedia error. Otherwise no complaints! Would definitely go back again!

The staff here are so kind. We were treated well from the second we arrived to the moment we left. We were even given a complimentary room upgrade for no additional charge! Everyone was extremely helpful and it made our stay comfortable and stress-free.

No signage by the gym, no directions to the amenities.

Overall, a very pleasant experience, and the outstanding hospitality from Deveen and Patrice made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily return. The only downside was that the sunrise shines directly into the room early in the morning, which can disturb your sleep if you’re hoping to rest a little longer. Blackout curtains would be a great addition.

I was moved to a completely different hotel due to renovations on the room I selected. The new hotel did not offer the same amenities or the same style room but I was still charged the full price.
