This property has so many amenities. The bed was comfy, our room was spacious, location was great, check in easy, We had issues with the jacuzzi tub in our room and didnt get to use it though . Thats the only negative. Would definitely stay again but wouldn't pay extra for the room with the jacuzzi tub. On site they have a roman spa, a hot tub, an outdoor pool, and an indoor pool, so it's not really needed anyway.

Clean room, paid breakfast, front office staff very efficient, very limited items even in paid breakfast section.check in time 4 pm and check out 11 am.

The pools and hot tub were good.plus the outdoor seating areas and movie theatre. Breakfast was terrible.barely edible.And the restaurant did not have much to offer for dinner.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The room description on booking.com was not what we received even though the staff assured me the room I paid for was what we received, and that Booking.com had the description wrong. We were very disappointed in the accommodations. We requested a chair for the room as there was supposed to be a seating area in our room, but they never brought one. There was also a loud bang from what sounded like the AC all night long which kept me up. Booking.com, you need to make sure your room descriptions actually match the room purchased.

Went with my best friend only for a short trip! Bed was very comfortable, spotless rooms & the fridge kept the wine nice & cold:) pool was clean & inviting a lot of families were there as well:) free cookies in lobby too lol ⚓️🏖️🦞😍

Location size of room , comfortable bed I requested a few things to be done and was completely ignored. The closet for clothes was small and located in the bathroom. Very limited for any kind of storage. The deck outside our room that they offered was old and outdated. Could really use a makeover.

Property was great and I enjoyed the renovations. The rooms were incredibly clean as well. It’s not the property…it’s the add ons that materialized to nothing but a headache. I paid 29 dollars for early check in at 2pm with the request being approved, got there and ultimately didn’t get to check in until 3:30pm with an overtired toddler that needed a nap which is why we requested that and a potty training 3 year old that wouldn’t use the urine smelling bathroom near the pool. Don’t even offer this option AND approve it if you can’t accommodate. Some people ask for early check in for good reason.

Room was clean and staff was helpful but this is supposed to a good quality hotel yet it’s on the main road with lots of associated noice including morning garbage pickup, etc. Also this property has absolutely no view.
