No coffee maker but the room was surprisingly amazing

Laundry room was out of service, no vending machines. homeless people kept knocking on my door at all hours of the night. Can’t walk through the parking lot as a woman without several men trying to solicit illicit services, this happened three separate times.

Simple, spacious accommodations at a great price. Air conditioning was powerful and easy to adjust.

Absolutely nothing my family and I weren't permitted to check in... hot, homeless, tired and turned away rudely upon check in because they wouldn't accept my very valid very current id card and had to wait 3 days before I was refunded partial payment ?? The staff on duty was really arrogant and disrespectful I will never again attempt to stay ever again.

The promtness of ability to rent a room. Fast service. The poor customer service and human relations of the people who work in the front office. In particular the guy who says his name is "KP." Extremely poor customer service.

Good location Not so friendly staff. My son and daughter in law had to request to change rooms because the first room they were put in was loaded in roaches. The lady at the check in window acted like she would rather be doing anything else than dealing with customers.

Once we came back to our room and went to put some drinks in the fridge, when we opened the fridge several roaches came running out of it along with a few dead ones inside. We went to the front desk which we were greated with a different person. She was very rude and not accommodating. We asked for a new room several times and finally agreed to move us rooms.. wont ever be returning

They're not very helpful there facility is noted remodeled and the only thing remodeled was they ripped out all the bathtub and force them all to be stand up showers it's gross disgusting unclean they close the pool an hour earlier and they're not willing to accommodate or anything at all to any person there highly unsatisfied

It was a great value and good place to stay. Better of the ones that are available in the area. It is my old faithful when needed to travel to city. Surround area and it's location had a tendency to bring out the local regulars which become bothersum to guests.

I liked how I got a room right next to the laundry that ran all night long. That was lovely. Loved how clean it was that there were handprints all over the headboard and the sticky substance that coated everything. Everything. It’s not like the pictures. The beds are rock hard and the pillows sucked.
