The staff was kind, but they all had different information. The office was closed nine times out of 10 times we tried to go in during the hours they posted it would be open. The stairs broke we were walking down and were arrested. They were bloody boogers, wiped all over our walls as well as dirty towels left underneath our air conditioner. And it was just all around a little bit dirty. But it was a bed to sleep on in a roof over our head.

A really poor property for Wyndham, they should shut it down, pull their franchise. Carpet in room was filthy, and as usual in cheap motels, I checked for bed bugs and there were! They refunded my room thankfully and I didn't stay... just hope no bugs hitched a ride with me.

I had to check in at a bullet-proof with glass and a few little hole to be to converse with the employee checking my in. When we reached our room, it smelled musty and moldy. The beds were barely made, there were weird white stains all over the carpeting. Speaking about the carpet, there was a rather nice-sized square of it barely hanging by a thread and duct taped to the area. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The bathtub hadn't been cleaned and there dry dirt everywhere. The toilet was very old and looked unclean as well. I had to use antibacterial wipes (that I had to purchase) to clean the area enough so that we could use it to shower. The following morning the last straw was when I woke the following and saw a couple of bedbugs crawling right along side my face. I have never stayed in a hotel as filthy and disgusting before and won't ever again. We left by 5:00 am and were unable to properly check out due to the fact that there was no one there to assist us. This hotel should not be offered to anyone that visits Expedia looking for an inexpensive rate on a hotel. It is not safe and they do not care to provide their patrons with proper service.
