We messed up making g reservations ... this was a duplicate booking that was not recognized by us. Our experience was limited to paying the no show cancelation penalty.

Everything was OK. We did find someone else’s clothes underneath the bathroom sink vanity area so definitely not very clean.

It was okay but This property is very outdated. The furniture was very worn, the mattress was in poor condition. Foam was gaping out of the bottom and it had a few stains on the box springs. I do extensive checks for bed bugs so that’s how I noticed these things. There were no bed bugs or any bugs of any type. Pillows were flat but overall bed was comfortable and sheets appeared & smelled clean. Room & entire property smelled clean and our room was tidy but carpet had stains and doors were dirty but I can overlook that. The air conditioning unit had visible mold on it by the vent. We were in room #301 on the end of hall. The AC unit outside of our room was very loud and could be heard from our room. Staff was very kind & friendly. In a great location close to highway but traffic & railroad could be heard if that’s bothersome to you. We were tired so it didn’t bother me.

Hot tub was very nice and relaxing! Loved the size of the pool and was a nice temperature. Hotel staff all very friendly and helpful

I've never had these issues with any Best Western before. But I will look at other options when drive home.

2nd time staying at this hotel. I loved the room was clean, had full sized fluffy pillows, 4 pillows in king room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was well stocked and maintained well. Easy access, right off the highway right next to a McDonald's, Wendy's and Panara just across the highway along with a Target. We will be staying at this hotel the next time we are in town.

Could hear the foot steps from the above floor. Breakfast is enjoyable with variety of menu. Old building.

AC was completely out in our first room. The sink overflowed quickly and was essentially unusable. We moved to a second room where the AC was locked ON and couldn't be adjusted. Horrible experience.
