2nd time staying at this hotel. I loved the room was clean, had full sized fluffy pillows, 4 pillows in king room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was well stocked and maintained well. Easy access, right off the highway right next to a McDonald's, Wendy's and Panara just across the highway along with a Target. We will be staying at this hotel the next time we are in town.

Clean rooms and was quiet Some missing tile in the pool and the hot tub didn't work

Breakfast was served at good times, 6 to 10. The location was perfect for our event and activities. The door to room was hard to open, took extra push and pull to get it open and closed. The toilet was difficult to flush, had to stand over the stool to flush it, needed a little work.

Could hear the foot steps from the above floor. Breakfast is enjoyable with variety of menu. Old building.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast. We had an unexpected overnight resulting from a family member being taken to the Olathe hospital, and we had to make a VERY late reservation to stay close by. Dirty room (stained sheets, blood on wall, shower head has never been cleaned), smelled like real bad BO in the lobby, A/C unit louder than a CPAP machine. Felt like a $45/night room for $200/night

AC was completely out in our first room. The sink overflowed quickly and was essentially unusable. We moved to a second room where the AC was locked ON and couldn't be adjusted. Horrible experience.

Comfort and pool They changed our room 3times before we could get settled in because housekeeping was not completed with prepping rooms.

Bed was comfortable. The room smelled like a wet dog especially the couch. It was a very humid weekend so I am sure that didn't help. I feel like if a hotel is going to b e pet friendly, it should have specific rooms just for pets. I got a no smoking room. I should have been able to get a no pets room also. The smell was b ad enough that I went and bought Lysol to take care of the smell. Other than that, my stay was okay.
