The staff was great! All in all, a nice enough place to stay, but somewhat basic. One of the night stands by the bed was missing completely, which was really odd to me, definitely did not like that about this hotel. The layout of the handicap accessible room was a bit odd. No access from the bedroom to the bathroom, there was a piece of trim broken on the floor where the carpet transitions from the living room to the kitchen. This definitely was a trip hazard.

Wanting for three days my room had no hot water for the shower. After morning 1 we let the front desk know that there was no hot water in the shower turned all the way to the left. They genuinely tried to fix it however there was not hot water to be found. After three nights of no hot water we left.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and I always have a good experience. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean and nice. And I love that they have a little kitchenette. The area is also very safe.

Staff were super nice and friendly but the rooms were pretty gross to be honest. All of them smelled terrible and had hit and miss issues with the HVAC. Despite how good staff were, we likely won’t be back.
