Everything is so bad,old and lack of maintenance, the bed is so smelly, even for the non smoking room, the room smells like a weed and the blanket is full of holes cause of cigarette.

Pas de changement serviette , ni champoing . J'ai trouvé un cafard. Service minimum, piscine fermé??? Chambre correcte avec rélé et climatisation mais je déconseille.

The room was clean, but no shampoo, no conditioner, no body wash, just a small soap. The toilet without a cap. No fridge or microwave. Pool out of service.

Fire alarm in our room started going off at 3am and finally at 5:30am they said they could move us room, moved us to a smoking room, dirty pillows and burn holes in all the bedding, toilet didn’t flush and the smell was horrible. First room was fine minus the fire alarm going off but after moving, it was horrible!! Was told needed to speak with a manager for at least one night refund cause I booked for 2 nights and then was told oh no can’t Do anything cause you booked though Expendia!!

The place smelt like jr high locker room down the hall way not a nice place.

The smell of cigarettes and the cleanliness were horrible. The bed and pillows uncomfortable. Peace

Thought a refrigerator was a common thing to have in room but no refrigerator. Tv was so small and to far away to see it . Had to sit close ti see it

There is very poor amenities.

Absolutely nothing it was dirty. Everything there was mold in the bath tube. The ceiling fan was falling out of the ceiling.

Smoke everywhere

It was mostly clean. Hot water didn't work, room smelt bad.

Staff were very friendly & it was a great location for us. The bed was very firm.

Not much Everything and everywhere smelled of smoke. There was a cigarette burn in the comforter cover in our non-smoking room. The bathroom smelled of urine and there wasn't a toilet seat cover or tissues. The floor was filthy- turned my white socks black, and I'm not exaggerating. The bed made a "this" noise when getting in or turning around in it.

There was cigarette burns on the blankets. I had no idea it was a smoking room at all . Til I got there , it was overbearing , the smoke smell made it hard for me to breathe . I was very upset especially for the $160 I was charged .

I booked online for non smoking, get there and its not non smoking but the last room available. I needed a place to lay my head and shower and they were my last option I didn't have much choice besides drive an hour home..The walls were white but literally, food, sauce of some sort and probably bodily fluids and grime all over them. The light switches were white plates but they were black with grime. I went to dollar general and got clorox wipes just so I could touch the light switches the cloth window bench seats had stains all over them as well. My dad is very ill and on lofe support at a surrounding hospital. I also bought flip flops just so I could stand in the shower. I didnt touch the TV remote bc it as well was covered in grime. The covers had cigarette burns and holes allllll over them. The towels in the bathroom felt damp. The bed didnt have bugs so thats why I stayed. I just literally slept for 5hrs got up showered and got the heck out of there..
