Sleep Inn Olathe - Kansas City

The elevator was not working and we didn’t find out till we got there. However the room was clean and the staff were very friendly. I will be back!!!

Friendly staff both at the front desk and in the breakfast room. Clean rooms. We did have a very noisy AC unit and the elevator was not working during our stay. Staff were accomodating with getting us rooms on the first floor so elderly parents would not have to take the stairs.

only negative was the elevator was not working therefore had to walk to 2nd floor

The elevator was broken and had to use stairs. Being stuck on the 3rd floor and charged full price wasn't ideal.

The rooms were clean, comfortable bed, the breakfast was pretty decent. Thought the hallways could use some updating.

Did not partake in breakfast or shower, just a stop to sleep.

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to stay as long as planned but the room was adequate and quiet. A bit of an odd smell at first (someone may have smoked inside at some point) but nothing terribly offensive. Shower light was in need of replacing.

Clean and good

I was on the third floor and the hotel didn't have a functioning elevator, even though on the hotel.com post it said there was a working elevator. The room's wifi for whatever reason couldn't connect to any devices we had. On top of that the people at the desk were unable and unwilling to help me with my stay and so I decided to get a refund and check out right as I got there. I never got a refund yet

The hotel was good. It was clean in the lobby area and the breakfast area. My room was clean however, the humidity level inside of the room was unbearable. The towels that were hanging would not dry my clothes that were hanging were damp from the humidity in the room. The carpet was wet feeling which was extremely uncomfortable to walk on. It was unbearable to try to sleep. I did raise a concern and they provided me with a dehumidifier my last night of my stay, which was helpful. My true concern and whether I will stay again is that the staff said this was a consistent issue and nothing could be done about it.

Friendly staff, clean and nice breakfast. Thought my King bed suite was a little small and needs more lighting in sink area, but overall I enjoyed my stay. Quiet. No problems. Comfortable bed.

A couple of to-do's for the staff- our shower door didn't fit right and leaked water outside on the floor and there needs to be a brighter light around the bathroom mirror.

The elevators were down. I am not sure if this is a Sleep Inn issue or what the issue is with this. The last 4 times we have stayed at a Sleep Inn the elevators have been down. The staff were nice. Air conditioning worked great. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. The room was clean. The bathrooms could use some remodeling & updating.
