Sleep Inn Olathe - Kansas City

We had a great stay. The rooms are a little small for an extended stay but are very clean. The breakfast is good but 2 mornings they were out of things and no one came out to fill them. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The elevator was out of order so 2nd and 3rd floor was very difficult to deal with. I would stay again.

The room was super clean and very updated! It had a nice walk-in shower and a nice breakfast. Our only complaint is that the elevator was in the process of being replaced and our room happened to be on the 3rd floor! The staff was very nice and friendly though!!

Room smelled like cigarettes so I ran the bathroom fan all night by morning it was gone, great room tho and great sleep!

The staff was nice. I was overcharged. The rate I saved back in June on booking.com was not the rate I was charged.

Small rooms but the hotel is great for the price. Great staff. Great breakfast. Would stay here again.

You could smell the freshly cleaned aroma when you entered the building. The breakfast bar was excellent with wide variety of choices. Only drawback was the elevator was broken. But, the staff carried my bags to and from the room. It was very quiet when in the room.

Not happy with breakfast. Biscuits are cold and then there was no gravy..was told they had ran out...this was at 7am

My room was updated,clean and quiet with a very comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and has toiletries i had forgotten. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options.

Room was clean had a walk-in shower, which was nice. The shower head put out lots of water definitely a plus in my books. We showed up for breakfast late on a weekday at 9 AM. All the good food was done and over with all that was left was pastries and what not.

It was clean the rooms were small no elevators fire alarm went off no response from staff or fire dept

The hotel itself was trash. The elevator was down.

There was mold in the tiny bathroom they had. Room was small. Elevator didn’t work. The pool looked nasty. Gym has three pieces of equipment in it.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The elevator was not working, and no one informed me before I arrived, even though I booked my reservation in advance. I had to carry my heavy luggage up to the third floor by myself. I asked if I could be moved to a lower floor because of the broken elevator, but the employee refused and responded with an unprofessional attitude. When I got to my room, I found old food left in the refrigerator, and the refrigerator was not even working. At the end of my stay, the elevator was still out of service, so I had to carry my luggage back down the stairs. While doing so, I fell and injured my toe. It became bruised, swollen, and red. I immediately reported the incident to the employee, but no one showed any concern or offered assistance. Or at least offered a band-aid since I was bleeding. I also have photos of my injury. I tried calling the manager using the phone number the staff provided, but no one answered. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and disregard for guest safety made this a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again.

The elevator was not working and we didn’t find out till we got there. However the room was clean and the staff were very friendly. I will be back!!!

Friendly staff both at the front desk and in the breakfast room. Clean rooms. We did have a very noisy AC unit and the elevator was not working during our stay. Staff were accomodating with getting us rooms on the first floor so elderly parents would not have to take the stairs.

only negative was the elevator was not working therefore had to walk to 2nd floor
