The beds were NOT queen size, they were a double. They were extremely uncomfortable. Our room was never cleaned They wouldn’t touch the bed because we had personal items on it which was fine but they did not sweep up ANY of the sand, I had to

The views are immaculate! Everything was clean and remained cleaned throughout our entire visit thanks to the wonderful staff. They were so attentive and kind. It was honestly perfect.

The room wasn’t on or near the beach to see … Something to be able to experience as being good was walking the “public” beach to Old Orchard pier and amusement park. The walk and scenery there was nice! No charge for the experience! Too small of a room. Too far away to see any beach water and sand. Bad “neighbors” having no respect or regard to what it means, particularly it’s in writing in so many words with time, people and property. Perhaps the owners should be on site later than 9pm and as early as 6am to be preventive of such disrespect.

The place is very well organized. They even upgraded us because I didn’t like the room they put me in. Staff was very friendly and kind. Lots of young people around sweeping the floors and keeping everything clean. Beach was perfect and we enjoy our time there

Our townhouse was clean, comfortable and in perfect proximity to the beach. The pool and patio are wonderful. We will definitely be back again! We were only given one key, which sometimes made arranging things difficult when we split up to do different things.

Location Blinds did not block the walkway lights so barely could sleep. Beds were not comfortable, the bed blankets were not large enough. Wish the pool would have opened earlier as to be able to swim before check out.

Location on beach lovely, couches, seats and tables outside with ocean view excellent and not crowded preseason, beach clean, hotel close to town for easy walking but far enough away noise and crowds not even noticed. Off street parking. Check room location so you know what you're getting, not every room faces ocean. I was under a breezeway so stairs and a wall greeted me but preseason, I loved it. Cool breezes passed through and room stayed cooler. Room was tucked by itself so no foot traffic directly past. No table in room beyond small side table by bed- just a single chair- so sitting on bed required if more than one person and any meals inside pretty awkward. 2 chairs outside room so I suppose one could be brought in. Absolutely not Abellona's fault or problem, but OOB is not amenable to vegetarian non drinkers so I had to search for food and drink while there and I'm not talking pastry and sugar drinks. BBQ and booze easy to find.

Not having a safe in room and not having a another lock on door

Facilities were clean and always attended to by staff on site. Location is amazing less than a ten minute walk to the pier and attractions.
