The property was very clean. The room we stayed in was so cute. Steps away from the beach. Very convenient. Owners were extremely friendly. Nothing.

Great staff (owner), great location, great price, clean and comfortable! It was only missing an iron and I wish it had a bathtub instead of just a shower but that’s just personal preference.

We have been going to old Orchard Beach for years. This is by far the cleanest property we have stayed at. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Just steps away from the beach.

This place was on the small side, but had all the amenities you needed and it was immaculate! I had asked the owner if this place was new or freshly renovated it was so crisp and clean. Only separated from the beach by another home and their was a direct access path. Zero issues! I would stay there again and recommend to others coming to the area.

I loved that this place was so clean. There really wasn't anything I did not like.

The property was perfect for our family of 4! Staff was wonderful! We loved that we stayed parked on the property the entire time and easily walked everywhere we wanted to go. It was perfect to have beach access right there and a close walk to The Pier! We would definitely stay again! I don’t have anything negative to share. We honestly had a great long weekend and the property had everything our little family needed.
