The room was also lacking basic amenities—there was no body wash or soap in the shower, only shampoo and conditioner, and we were only provided two washcloths. The pool was not heated, so we couldn't use it. The biggest issue was the noise. The guests above us were extremely loud, waking us repeatedly around 10:30 PM through midnight and again around 4 AM. I contacted the front desk on the second night, but the noise and banging actually became worse afterward, to the point that our room was shaking. We were so exhausted that we checked out before 8 AM just to get home. The location is nice, but we didn't find it any quieter than another motel we usually stay at nearby that is closer to the pier and a better value. Given that it was a weekday during the off-season, I was disappointed that we weren't given a quieter room, especially with two young children. Overall, I don't feel the experience justified the higher price, and we'll likely stay elsewhere next time.

Property was newly renovated and well maintained. Easy beach access and pool was very nice and always clean. Would definitely stay again.

Stay was great. A little low on the amenities specifically in the bathroom as there was no body soap or lotion. However the proximity to the beach overrides any shortcomings there. Literally feet away. The doubles are a bit snug for two people in one bed but we made it work. Will come back again!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and resourceful. The hotel is right on the beach, with beautiful views and a perfect location. We truly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Narissa was extremely helpful with the check in process for me and my family. My kids enjoyed the pool and proximity to the beach.

WONDERFUL staff, steps from the beach, clean rooms, and central location. After another motel cancelled on us we landed here and were SO fortunate!

Great location! Walking distance to the pier, but located in the quieter part of the beach. Newly renovated and restored. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They were constantly working and cleaning to keep the hotel rooms, swimming pool, and the courtyard nice and clean for the guests. I’d definitely stay here again especially if we’re driving to get here with all our beach gear. Pricey, but paying for the location and peak season. I think for the price they should provide beach/pool towels. You have to buy one for $25. Otherwise, you have to just use bath towels. We didn’t pack beach towels because we were flying and packed light.

It was everything you needed for a very relaxing vacation all within walking distance. The property was meticulously kept… Coming from someone who owns a cleaning business at that! They don’t just clean, they sanitized. You had a pool within steps from your room and then the beach a nice little home Pirates patio Dad incredible live music good food good vibes. It was quiet, but yet you could go down into the busy within minutes. There is also parking for extra cars on the street if you got there early enough lol the people were amazing and truly cared Everything!! The location, barbecues to cook on cleanliness, price, SAFE

And it looked like the sheets were not changed. There is hair and sand in the bed. The room was very damp other than that they have a great little courtyard that you can use a grill. They have a great pool and then it is 60 second walk to the beach so that is very highly convenient so love everything about it except for our room the best

We had stayed in the past under a different name/ownership & all the renovations they did were amazing! Great room, gorgeous view, clean, beautiful, ocean view/balcony room overlooking the pool…we WILL be back! Highly recommend! Walking distance to all the nightlife/pier restaurants & entertainment.

The staff clearly cares about the property and maintains it. We were missing a couple thing when we arrived after hours, but the staff came back to take care of our needs! Parking was a bit tight, but we made it work. Great view and beach access.
