The property and the room that we had was right on the ocean and was beautiful. A few steps to the beach. It was an extremely hot weekend and the pool wasn't ready though. It was a short walk to old Orchard Beach pier. We would definitely use this location again.

Was the best motel we've stayed at in regards to cleanliness, including room and the grounds. Easy close beach access. We loved our stay and plan to return in the future.

Always a great time here. Tanning by the pool listening to the live music from the eatery next door is my favorite. Love that it's right on the beach. Will be back soon for sure 😊

This is a great alternative to staying in the overpriced downtown of Portland. New Orchard Park is unique, but this property was updated and well maintained and a great value.

Great location for the beach (quick access) and OOB attractions. Pool was nice. Convenient store is nearby. Pirates Patio is next door for a quick drink and local music. Kitchenette was properly equipped for everything to cook a quick meal. Staff are very nice and accommodating to all requests. Parking is not assigned to room number and/or vehicle type. Stairwell to the second floor is narrow. No hooks in the room to dry towels/swim suits. No dressers for clothe storage, but there is a closet with 5 hangers. Stairs to the beach may be a hazard in the future.

It’s was a great place to stay!!!

Rooms were very clean and the location was perfect! Access to the beach was incredible. Soap for the sink was in a dispenser on the wall. Not only was it hard to get any soap to come out, it was too high for my granddaughter to reach.

Petit motel d'une trentaine de chambre entierement rénové et très bien entretenu. Situé a 10 min de marche des attractions et collé sur la plage. La personne a l'acceuil etait très gentille. Nous y retournerons!!

Super cute! Better than what I expected

Check-in was at four and then checkout was at 10… That’s a very difficult timeframe no time to enjoy the property. We paid extra to stay until 1130 and that was $25. Very nice property too bad it just wasn’t accessible for a longer stretch…it was nice, great location…they work hard.

Cleanliness of the place and accessibility to the beach

The motel has recently been remodeled and very cute and clean and comfortable. Unable to use the pool. It seemed like a large gathering was happening that was family so it felt uninviting to go in while they were occupying the space.
