Echo Motel & Oceanfront Properties

Pool was small but clean and comfortable. Room was also very clean and set up well. Location is very close to the beach and a short walk to downtown. Very heavy-footed person in the room above us and we were happy when they went to bed.

Great place!

Not the businesses fault but very noisy…. between the train passing through and car doors slamming…I didn’t get much rest. Parking is very tight. The location to the beach was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, but had a strong odor. We had a hard time sleeping on the bed, which felt like springs were poking up throughout the bed. We found out that the mattress was upside down. I awoke several times to people yelling outside the room. We liked the location and how close it was to the beach. It was nice to have a small kitchen space.

This was and will be my go to destination!! It was right on the beach and in pristine condition with some of the best views I have ever had in old orchard beach as well as some of the best people I’ve ever had take care of me in oob so I would recommend this place to anyone who loves a great hotel and loves great people!!

Enjoyed our stay here. Staff were great. Love the closeness to the beach. Our room was clean. Bathroom was a little small but clean.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Stayed in a family room, so the bathroom was small but to be expected. Great location.

This my family & I second time staying here in OOB. Such a great place with great rooms, pool access, close to the beach & not a long walk to the carnival. Will definitely book again.

I love that the establishment was close to the beach and not far from the pier. The parking was tight and the stand up shower head was awkward.

Awesome people and place

The room was perfect for two. If you’re a bigger person like my boyfriend and I, you might find the bathroom and shower a little small. Having our car right next to the unit was very helpful. Staff was super kind and helpful the entire time. Whitney and Nori were a hoot to chat with and get to know! I have stayed at the Echo rental beach houses with family and friends, at the motel with just my mom and my sister, and now as an adult with just me and my boyfriend. This little space they have curated for vacationers is just perfect.
