Echo Motel & Oceanfront Properties

The room was perfect for two. If you’re a bigger person like my boyfriend and I, you might find the bathroom and shower a little small. Having our car right next to the unit was very helpful. Staff was super kind and helpful the entire time. Whitney and Nori were a hoot to chat with and get to know! I have stayed at the Echo rental beach houses with family and friends, at the motel with just my mom and my sister, and now as an adult with just me and my boyfriend. This little space they have curated for vacationers is just perfect.

We loved our stay here. We’re annual (sometimes twice a year) OOB visitors and this was our first time staying at the Echo. It’s our favourite stay yet. Close to the beach, super clean rooms and property. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. The lady at the desk was so friendly and kind.. I wish I had gotten her name! We will definitely visit again :)

Staff was great! Room was clean!! Walking off the deck and right on to the beach was perfect! Parkng was tight but doable! Nothing to complain about on our end!

We’ve stayed at many properties throughout the years with the kids and Echo Motel is by far the best one yet! It has been completely remodeled, clean, organized, and enough space for the family to enjoy. Very close to the beach and even has a pool. I would highly recommend and will be back!

The staff was friendly, helpful and kind. The parking is a little tight but they are very accommodating. It is on a side street a couple buildings away from the beach and a 7 minute walk to the pier, 5 minute walk to 2 convenient stores that sell sandwiches, breakfast, ect…The pool was heated and they have plenty of outdoor seating. Hopefully we will stay here again!! Parking was a little tight but the friendly staff was very accommodating! Not ON the beach but a couple buildings away on same side.

We liked it was a cute little spot for two people ocean view right of the deck We didn’t like that it was raining so we couldn’t hang out on the deck to watch the and hear the ocean but that’s nature for you .

Great location, steps from the beach. The pool was warm and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Kensi checked us in on Saturday and could not have been more helpful or pleasant. The staff during our stay were tremendously helpful & friendly. We met Whitney, the owner, when we checked out and she was so genuinely appreciative of us choosing her motel over so many other choices at Old Orchard Beach.

I had a second floor room with ocean views and love listening to the waves crashing at night. So peaceful. The drain from the sink makes loud noises in the morning , I think it happens when lots of showers going on. I put the plug in and it stopped. It wakes you up though.

Nothing It was advertised that parking was on site , but that was not true. The staff at the desk Whitney had me move my vehicle to across the street which was a major inconvenience , she was very rude as well.

I had a lovely overnight stay here and would definitely book at Echo Motel again - thank you!

Very nice motel right on the beach. We had everything in our room, a kitchenette, fridge, two nice beds with a separator. Nicely designed room. We will definitely use this place again.

Looks like newly renovated. Spotlessly clean, ocean view! I've stayed at many hotels in OOB over the years and this is the best value I've found.. Echo is now my go-to place to stay from now on!

To the beach which my kids loved. Pool was warm so they got to enjoy it. Staff was very friendly.

The owner was helpful and friendly, and the room, and property in general, was very clean and well-appointed, particularly for this price point. There's even designated parking! Access to the beach couldn't be easier, and the pier is a comfortable walk away. This place is a gem, and we look forward to returning. This is now our "go-to" when staying in the area.
