Echo Motel & Oceanfront Properties

I originally booked a smaller room with ocean front access. Upon arrival, due to a recent surgery, the room was too small for my needs. I called Whitney the next morning and explained my issue. She was able to move us to larger room without any issue. Kenzie had the room ready for our move and assisted us with our luggage. I cannot say enough about the kindness and support they showed. This is a quaint motel among many in Old Orchard Beach but the won our vote with their hospitality.

The location was perfect, especially while traveling with two young children. We enjoyed the pool and the large rooms. Would stay here again.

Location was directly beside the beach. We couldn’t get the pool shower to work. I didn’t want to get sand in the pool, so we had to use the shower in the room when we went from beach to pool. Not a big deal though.

It was the perfect spot, close to the beach and a walk to local restaurants and the pier. We were there to visit family in the area and enjoyed our stay.

Location, friendly staff, cleanliness. Shower stall is pretty small. Okay for a 3 day weekend.

Pool was small but clean and comfortable. Room was also very clean and set up well. Location is very close to the beach and a short walk to downtown. Very heavy-footed person in the room above us and we were happy when they went to bed.

Not the businesses fault but very noisy…. between the train passing through and car doors slamming…I didn’t get much rest. Parking is very tight. The location to the beach was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, but had a strong odor. We had a hard time sleeping on the bed, which felt like springs were poking up throughout the bed. We found out that the mattress was upside down. I awoke several times to people yelling outside the room. We liked the location and how close it was to the beach. It was nice to have a small kitchen space.

It was perfect! Quick walk to the beach with available beach toys/ and chairs that we forgot to bring. Always clean towels available. Super great stay
