Alouette Beach Resort

Bien sûr, c’est un peu vieillot, mais correct. Nous irons sûrement. Petit point un peu spécial, nous étions sur la galerie du deuxième étage et je ne me sentais pas Sécur…. Mais pour tout le reste, c’est parfait

La atención de todo el personal y el lugar como tal fueron execelentes, lo único no tan bueno pero pienso que es por el área, es el servicio de internet, muy deficiente, por lo demás, lo recomiendo totalmente

Excellent location, the amenities were fine, staff was friendly, a little bit of up selling, but ended up in a better room for sure. I would go here again.

Everything was perfect!

The property needs updating, flooring not cut to fit to the wall, repairs are not fixed correctly. Shower is extremely small. Staff in the cafe was rude. Front desk clerk was very kind. Great area on the beach!

Never again!

The location was great, the AC had mold. Our sink had a leak, but they fixed within the hour. The shower was horrible, no storage in the bathroom. And the carpet needs to be replaced, did not feel comfortable walking barefoot. Overall would not stay again

Very close to the beach. The Alouette Cafe was exceptional. The included breakfast menu was great. About a 15 minute walk to downtown. I feel the mattress and pillows should be replaced more often. We stayed in room 16 and the mattress sagged a lot in the middle and some of the pillows were lumpy. Also should put a microwave in the rooms.

The location was extremely convenient and close to the beach. We had great fun and would stay there again.

Chambre propre, mais salle de bain trop petite avec aucune tablette et crochet pour déposer affaires. Air climatisé très bruyante positionnée trop près du lit. Matelas trop mou. Motel nécessitant rénovation, surtout galerie 2e étage.

Close to ocean and the free breakfast was great

I love everything about this place! Close to the beach, near the pier but far enough away to not hear the ruckus. Rooms are spacious, staff is so kind and the breakfast spot was a hit!

Comfortable place

Staff where amazing, room cleaned great accommodations but need a microwave to use for everyone.

Stains on pillows and sheets, outlets didn't work, a coat of paint would help out tremendously. The staff was very friendly and kind. Cleaners of the room kept up with towels very well. Staff was great!

The staff was very kind and helpful; they were happy to accommodate our needs. We loved how close to the beach at an affordable price point. We liked the bottom-floor accommodations that had parking for our vehicle right outside of our room. Breakfast in their cafe was good and fast. We stayed in an economy room, which wasn't fancy or the most up-to-date, but we were happy there.
