Quaint throwback property nicely located away from the busy beach scene but a quick drive or trolley ride away.

Très belle cabine, propre et belle. Employées très gentilles, nous avons demandé de changer de cabine car trop près de la route, aucun problème. Cuisinette super propre.

Location, Private and very Quiet...while being close to the beach - about one mile. Bed was not comfortable....cabin #3

We absolutely loved our stay at Elmwood Motor Court! The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and had the perfect camping feel while still offering all the comforts we needed. The little cabins are charming, and there was plenty of space for our family of five. It was a great place to relax after a day of exploring. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, family-friendly place to stay. Pool was well taken care of and clean, check in was easy, and staff was friendly!

Cute cabins, quiet, nice pool and game room, corn hole, BBQ grill, friendly staff. Nothing, we liked everything.

- the cleanliness - the parking space - the dedicated gas grill outside - the dedicated parking space - the clean pool I couldn't believe how the cottage layout was so optimized because it had everything you needed during a stay - utensils, a fan in both rooms, an AC unit, cable tv, a compact shower with plenty of towels, a small kitchen table. The bed sheet were of good quality and very clean. The little cottage was fantastic. I would highly recommend it to anyone. If I return to Old Orchard Beach, my stay will be at Elmwood again.

Comfortable little bungalow that was immaculate and thoughtfully completed with everything we needed. 5 minute drive to OOB. We were in Cabin 1 which was close to the busy road but it had a king-sized bed which we wanted. The noise from the road.

Personal picnic tables/grill get to cool off at the pool little screen didn’t porch was also nice! Not too far from the beach The bed was hard

Brought back memories of a place we used to take our kids every summer when they were younger. Bathroom was small but really don’t spend enough time in there for it to matter.

We loved everything- The unit was super clean, staff was very nice, amenities were clean and beautiful. Would definately stay there again and recommend it to families with children. Units are very convenient with everything you need to cook, inside our outside in the grill (provided by them) which was a huge bonus! Fire pit was available to use if you buy your own wood. Definitely enjoy it! We liked everything

The cleanest, cutest place ever! The person doing maintenance could be seen all the time, mowing the lawn, emptying common area trash cans, cleaning the picnic tables. Everything was kept up very well. Our stand alone cottage looked like it had recently been painted. Nothing was worn looking, or neglected. The bed was super comfortable, and it was great having a little kitchen. The pool is located so that everyone could see it, yard games, arcade room, gas grills for use. Trolly stop being on property was a plus. We weren’t traveling with young children, but I could see how this would be a great place to go and save money while having access to the downtown area and beaches. I would definitely stay again!

Un peu loin du centre à la marche avec enfants mais stationnement près de la plage 15-20-25$ ou arrêtdu trolley a l’entrée 2$/adulte, 1$/enfant, 5-10min pour se rendre la plage.
